Rawat; Transfer of old vehicles, motorcycles, registration of new vehicles suspended for 2 months

روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم، اکرام الحق قریشی,24،نومبر,2022)—محکمہ ایکسائز اینڈ ٹیکسیشن راولپنڈی کی جانب سے پرانی گاڑیوں اور موٹرسائیکلوں کی ٹرانسفر اور نئی گاڑیوں کی رجسٹریشن کا نظام 2 ماہ کےلئےمعطل کر دیا گیا ۔ 23 جنوری 2023 سے بائیو میٹرک نظام دوبارہ بحال کر دیا جائے گا۔ نئے ایس او پی کے تحت گاڑیوں کی نئی رجسٹریشن اور ٹرانسفر کےلئے گاڑی کے اصل مالک اور رجسٹر یا ٹرانسفر کروانے والی گاڑی کی موجودگی جبکہ مکمل دستاویزات کا موجودبھی لازمی قرار دے دیا گیا ہے ، ان تمام چیزوں کے بغیر کوئی بھی گاڑی یا موٹر سائیکل رجسٹر یا ٹرانسفر نہیں ہو سکے گی۔ ایس اوپی پر عملدرآمد کےلئے موٹر برانچ انسپکٹر اور ای ٹی او کی تصدیق بھی لازمی قرار دی گئی ہے۔ صرف ہارڈ شپ کیسوں شدید بیماری ، دوسرے شہر ہونے یا معذور ہونے پر ذاتی استثنیٰ حاصل ہو سکے گا جس کے لئے متعلقہ آفیسر کی تسلی لازمی ہوگی۔

Rawat ( Pothwar.com, Ikramul Haq Qureshi, 24, November 2022) – The system of transfer of old vehicles and motorcycles and registration of new vehicles has been suspended for 2 months by the Department of Excise and Taxation Rawalpindi. The biometric system will be reinstated from 23 January 2023. Under the new SOP, for new registration and transfer of vehicles, the presence of the original owner of the vehicle and the vehicle being registered or transferred while the presence of complete documents has also been made mandatory, without all these things any vehicle or motorcycle can not be registered, or the transfer will not be possible. Verification of the Motor Branch Inspector and ETO has also been made mandatory for the implementation of SOP. The personal exemption can be availed only in hardship cases of serious illness, relocation, or disability subject to the satisfaction of the concerned officer.
