Bradford, UK; Raees Ch jailed for fraudulent use of driving license in Bradford

بریڈ فورڈ ، برطانیہ (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم ،محمد نصیر راجہ, 14اکتوبر2021)— پولیس کی کسٹڈی سے تیرہ گاڑیوں کی بازیابی جعلی ڈرائیونگ لائسسنس سے کروانے کے جرم میں رئیس چوہدری کو جیل بھیج دیا گیا۔ رئیس چوہدری نے چھ مختلف مواقع پر کسی دوسرے کے ڈرائیونگ لائسنس پر اپنی تصویر چسپاں کر کے پولیس کے قبضے سے تیرہ گاڑیاں نکلوائیں ۔ایک موقع پر اس نے کسی دوسرے شخص کے نام پر پولیس کو انٹرویو بھی دیا اور اس کے نام پر کاغذات پر جعلی دستخط بھی کئے۔لیڈز کراون کورٹ میں سینتیس سالہ رئیس چوہدری نے اپنے جرائم کا اعتراف کیا جہاں اسے ستائیس مہینے جیل کی سزا سنا دی گئی۔
Bradford, UK; Raees Choudry who secured the release of several vehicles from police compounds by posing as someone else has been jailed for more than two years.
Raees Choudry used a driving licence featuring his own photo on it on six occasions when retrieving 13 vehicles that had been impounded by West Yorkshire Police.
But, the details on the photo card were those of another person he was impersonating. The licence had been fraudulently adapted.
Choudry also provided an interview to police in the name of the person he was impersonating and signed documents in his name.
Appearing before Leeds Crown Court today (Wednesday) the 37-year-old, of Sowden Road, Heaton, who admitted 13 counts of fraud by false representation and one count of perverting the course of justice at an earlier hearing, was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment.
