روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم ,اکرام الحق قریشی)— کرپشن کسی بھی ملک کی جژیں کھوکھلی کرنے کے لیے زہر قاتل کا کردار ادا کرتی ہے ۔جہاں بھی نا انصافی ہوگی اقربا پروری ہوگی وہاں ظلم کا باژار گرم ہوگا اور نتیجہ تا” ملک تباہ و برباد ہوگا۔ موجودہ حکومت نے کرپشن کے ناسور کو ختم کرنے کے کیے ریکارڈ کام کیا ہے جو بلا شبہ لائق تحسین ہے ۔ ماضی میں ہر محکمے میں جب بھی کوئ اچھا کام شروع کیا جاتا اس میں سیاسی عمل دخل کرکے اس کام کو آغاز سے ہی روک کر دفن کر دیا جاتا موجودہ حکومت کو یی کریڈٹ جاتا ہے کہ انہوں نے کرپشن کے خآتمے کے عملی اقدامات کر کے عوام میں اپنا اعتماد بنایا ہے ۔گزشتہ دنوں ترجمان پنجاب حکومت فیاض الحسن چوہان نے محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن کی 3 سالہ کارکردگی اور اچیومنٹ پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوے بتایا کہ محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن نے ان تین سالوں میں پنجاب میں تاریخی کامیابیاں سمیٹی ہیں۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ
2018 سے 2021 تک اینٹی کرپشن پنجاب نے 227.33 ارب روپے کی ریکوریاں کیں۔ابھی تک محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن تقریباً 557194 کنال سرکاری زمین واگزار کرا چکا ہے۔ وزیر جیل خانہ جات و ترجمان حکومت پنجاب فیاض الحسن چوہان نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف اداروں کو خود مختاری اور اپنی حدود میں کھل کر کھیلنے کا موقع دے کر گورننس میں بہتری لا رہی ہے۔ گزشتہ دور میں بلاوجہ سیاسی مداخلت سے اداروں کی تباہی سب دیکھ چکے لیکن سیاسی چھیڑ چھاڑ سے آزاد محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن پنجاب میں بلا امتیاز اور بلا تخصیص کاروائیوں سے کرپشن کے ناسور کے خلاف تاریخی کامیابیاں سمیٹ رہا ہے اور عوام کا محکمہ پر اعتماد بحال کر رہا ہے۔ تفصیلات بتاتے ہوئے ترجمان حکومت پنجاب فیاض الحسن چوہان نے کہا کہ اگست 2018 سے جولائی 2021 تک محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن پنجاب نے مجموعی طور پر 227.33 ارب روپے کی ریکوریاں کیں اور 196.65 ارب روپے کی سرکاری زمین قبضہ مافیا سے واگزار کرائی گئی۔ واگزار کرائی گئی اس زمین میں سے 24 ارب روپے کی قیمتی سرکاری زمین 43 ن لیگی ممبران، وُزرا اور مشیروں کے پاس تھی جہاں ان ن لیگی “بیچاروں” نے پلازے، سینما گھر، پٹرول پمپ سمیت دیگر کمرشل کاروبار بنا رکھے تھے۔ فیاض الحسن چوہان نے مزید بتایا کہ محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن کی جانب سے سرکاری محصولات، ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز، نقشہ جات کی فیس وغیرہ کی مد میں 28.3 ارب روپے بالواسطہ اور 2.38 ارب روپے براہ راست قومی خزانے میں جمع کرائے گئے۔ ابھی تک محکمہ اینٹی کرپشن تقریباً 557194 کنال سرکاری زمین واگزار کرا چکا ہے جس میں محکمہ اوقاف کی 5152.184 ملین مالیت کی 95026 کنال زمین میں سے 24920 کنال واگزار کرائی گئی۔ انہوں نے مزید بتایا کہ محکمہ جنگلات کی 5997 ایکڑ زمین پر بیٹھے قبضہ گروپس کے خلاف بھی کاروائیاں جاری ہیں۔ فیاض الحسن چوہان نے کرپٹ سرکاری اہلکاروں کے خلاف جاری مہم “چائے پانی” کے حوالے سے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ اب تک گریڈ 1 تا 19 کے 675 افسران و اہلکاروں کو گرفتار کر کے 10.85 ملین روپے کی ریکوریاں کی جا چکی ہیں۔ رپورٹ کرپشن ایپ کے حوالے سے انہوں نے بتایا کہ اس ایپ پر اب تک 11488 شکایات موصول ہوئیں جن میں سے 10606 کا ازالہ کیا جا چکا ہے۔ رپورٹ کرپشن ایپ کے زریعے 2107 ملین روپے کی ریکوری ممکن ہوئی ہے۔ 346 غیر قانونی پیٹرول پمپس کو سیل کیا گیا جبکہ 62 دیگر کو بند کردیا گیا یا گرا دئیے گئے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ٹیکنالوجی، بہتر گورننس اور موثر نگرانی کے عمل سے تمام محکموں کی سروس ڈیلیوری بہتر بنائی جا رہی ہے۔ ادارے خود مختار ہونگے تو ہی عوام کو ان کے مسائل کا فوری حل مل سکے گا۔اگر اسی جزبے سے اس محکمے کو کام کرنے دیا حاے تو امید کی جاسکتی ہے کہ بہت جلد ہمارا ملک کرپشن فری ہوجاے گا اور حق کا بول بالا ہوگا۔ ان شاءاللہ۔
Rawat; Corruption plays the role of poison killer to hollow out the judges of any country. The present government has done a record job of eradicating the scourge of corruption which is undoubtedly commendable.
The present government is credited for taking practical steps to eradicate corruption and building its confidence in the people. Highlighting that the Anti-Corruption Department has achieved historic achievements in Punjab in these three years.
From 2018 to 2021, Anti-Corruption Punjab recovered Rs. 227.33 billion. So far, the Anti-Corruption Department has relinquished about 557,194 kanals of government land. Minister for Prisons and Spokesperson to the Punjab Government Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is improving governance by giving it a chance to play autonomy and play within its boundaries.
In the past, everyone has witnessed the destruction of institutions due to unwarranted political interference, but the Anti-Corruption Department, free from political manipulation, is reaping historic achievements in Punjab against the scourge of corruption through indiscriminate and unallocated operations and restoring public confidence in the department.
Explaining the details, Punjab government spokesman Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan said that from August 2018 to July 2021, the Punjab Anti-Corruption Department recovered a total of Rs 227.33 billion and Rs 196.65 billion was relinquished from the government land grabbing mafia. Out of the relinquished land, government land worth Rs 24 billion was in the possession of 43 N-League members, ministers and advisers, where N-League “poor” had set up plazas, cinemas, petrol pumps and other commercial businesses.
Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan further said that Rs 28.3 billion was indirectly deposited by the anti-corruption department in the form of government revenue, development charges, mapping fees, etc. and Rs 2.38 billion was directly deposited in the national exchequer. So far, the Anti-Corruption Department has relinquished about 557194 kanals of government land in which 24920 kanals out of 95026 kanals of land worth Rs 5152.184 million have been relinquished.
He further said that the Forest Department was also conducting operations against the occupation groups occupying 5997 acres of land. Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan in his statement regarding the ongoing campaign “Chai Pani” against corrupt government officials said that so far 675 officers and officials of grades 1 to 19 have been arrested and Rs 10.85 million has been recovered.
Referring to the Report Corruption app, he said that so far 11488 complaints have been received on this app out of which 10606 have been resolved. Recovery of Rs. 2107 million has been made possible through the Report Corruption App. 346 illegal petrol pumps were sealed while 62 others were shut down or demolished.
He said that service delivery of all departments was being improved through technology, better governance and effective monitoring process. Only when the institutions are independent will the people be able to get immediate solution to their problems. If this department is allowed to function with the same spirit, it can be hoped that very soon our country will be free from corruption and the word of truth will prevail. God willing.
