Norway; Aqil Qadir elected vice president unopposed in the annual general assembly meeting of Potohar Welfare Society

اوسلو(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,عقیل قادر,07, مارچ,2024ء)— پوٹھوہار ویلفیئر سوسائٹی کے سالانہ اجلاس کا انعقاد منہاج القرآن اوسلو کے مرکز پر منعقد کیا گیا جس میں ممبران نے کثیر تعداد میں فیملیز سمیت شرکت کی۔ اجلاس کا آغاز حافظ محمد اویس حمید نے تلاوت قرآن پاک سے کیا اور رمیض طارق نے بارگاہ رسول ﷺ میں عقیدتوں کے پھول نچاور کیے۔اجلاس کی صدارت چوہدری عبدالحمید صدر پوٹھوہار ویلفیئر سوسائٹی نے کی جبکہ نقابت کے فرائض سوسائٹی کے جوائنٹ سیکریڑی جمشید سرور نے احسن انداز میں ادا کیئے۔جمشید سرور نے سوسائٹی کی سالانہ رپورٹ پیش کی اورسوالوں کے جوابات دیئے۔فنانس سیکریٹری عقیل قادر نے سالانہ مالیاتی رپورٹ پیش کی اور بتایا کہ23 20 میں سوسائٹی کے اکاؤنٹ سے ایک کراؤن بھی خرچ نہیں کیا گیا جبکہ گذشتہ سال کیے گئے تمام پروگرامز کے اخراجات سوسائٹی کی انتظامیہ و مشاورتی بورڈ کے ارکان نے برداشت کئے۔ اجلاس کے آخر میں الیکشن کمیشن کے چیئر مین محمد آفتاب کی جانب سے نائب صدر کے لیے معروف صحافی اور پوٹھوہار ویلفیئر سوسائٹی کے مرکزی رہنما عقیل قادر کا نام پیش کیا گیا جس پر تمام ممبران نے ان پر اعتماد کرتے ہوئے انہیں دو سال کے لیے نائب صدر منتخب کر لیا۔ راجہ عاطف نواز کو ایک سال کے لیے فنانس سیکریڑی منتخب کیا گیا۔ اس موقع پر مشاورتی بورڈ کے لیے چوہدری جاوید سرور، فہیم اظہر، محمد طارق، راجہ عاشق حسین، چوہدری حسنین علی اور غضنفرعلی منتخب ہوئے۔ محمد آفتاب ایک سال کے لیے دوبارہ الیکشن کمیشن کے چیئرمین منتخب ہو گئے جبکہ الیکشن کمیشن کے ممبران حاجی شوکت سرور اور چوہدری امیر حسین منتخب ہوئے۔نو منتخب نائب صدر عقیل قادر نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے تمام ممبران کا شکریہ ادا کیا، انہوں نے خصوصی طور پر خواتین ممبران کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اگر وہ سوسائٹی کے پلیٹ فارم سے کوئی بھی کام کرنا چاہتی ہیں تو مرکزی انتظامیہ ان کے ساتھ بھرپور تعاون کرے گی۔ انہوں نے اس موقع پر خواتین کے عالمی دن کے حوالے سے مبارکباد بھی پیش کی۔ عبدالحمید نے اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے تمام ممبران کا اجلاس میں شرکت کرنے پر شکریہ ادا کیا اور نو منتخب عہدیداران کو مبارکباد پیش کی۔ انہوں نے اس موقع پر سوسائٹی کے مرکزی رہنماؤں راشد علی اعوان، چوہدری اسماعیل سرور بھٹیاں، راجہ عاشق حسین، شاہد سعید اور محمد آفتاب کا خصوصی تعاون کرنے پر شکریہ ادا کیا اور سوسائٹی کے لیے ان کی خدمات کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا

Oslo (Pothwar.com, Aqil Qadir, 07, March 2024)- The annual meeting of the Pothwar Welfare Society was held at the center of Minhaj Al-Quran Oslo, in which a large number of members along with their families participated.

Hafiz Muhammad Owais Hameed started the meeting by reciting the Holy Quran. Jamshed Sarwar presented the annual report of the society and answered the questions. Finance Secretary Aqeel Qadir presented the annual financial report and said that in 2023 not even a single crown was spent from the account of the society while last year was spent. The expenses of all the programs were borne by the management and advisory board members of the society.

At the end of the meeting, the name of a well-known journalist and central leader of Potohar Welfare Society, Aqil Qadir, was presented by the Chairman of the Election Commission, Muhammad Aftab, as the vice-president. Raja Atif Nawaz was elected Finance Secretary for one year. Chaudhry Javed Sarwar, Faheem Azhar, Muhammad Tariq, Raja Ashiq Hussain, Chaudhry Hasnain Ali and Ghazanfar Ali were elected to the advisory board on this occasion.

Muhammad Aftab was re-elected as the Chairman of the Election Commission for one year while Haji Shaukat Sarwar and Chaudhry Ameer Hussain were elected as members of the Election Commission. The newly elected Vice President Aqil Qadir thanked all the members in his speech. Addressing the women members, he said that if they want to do any work from the platform of the society, the central administration will fully cooperate with them. He also congratulated International Women’s Day on this occasion.

Addressing the meeting, Abdul Hameed thanked all the members for attending the meeting and congratulated the newly elected officials. On this occasion, he thanked the main leaders of the society Rashid Ali Awan, Chaudhry Ismail Sarwar Bhattian, Raja Ashiq Hussain, Shahid Saeed, and Muhammad Aftab for their special support and paid tribute to their services to the society.
