Gujar Khan: Complete Shutter-Down Strike Over Non-Arrest of Murder Suspects

گوجر خان (پوٹھوارڈاٹ کام / 05 جون 2026): مرکزی انجمن تاجران کی کال پر گجرخان میں مکمل شٹر ڈاؤن ہڑتال کی گئی، جو ایک ہائی پروفائل قتل کیس میں ملوث مبینہ ملزمان کی عدم گرفتاری کے خلاف بطور احتجاج منعقد کی گئی۔ ہڑتال کے باعث پورے شہر میں تجارتی سرگرمیاں مکمل طور پر معطل رہیں اور بازار دن بھر بند رہے۔

یہ احتجاج معروف تاجر رہنما ملک محبوب اور ان کے بھائی کے قتل میں ملوث ملزمان کی عدم گرفتاری کے خلاف کیا گیا، جس نے مقامی تاجر برادری میں شدید تشویش اور غم و غصے کی لہر دوڑا دی ہے۔

تاجر نمائندگان کے مطابق یہ ہڑتال پوری تاجر برادری کے اتحاد اور یکجہتی کا مظہر تھی۔ شہر بھر میں دکانیں، بازار اور تجارتی مراکز بند رہے جبکہ تاجروں نے تفتیشی عمل کی سست رفتاری پر شدید تحفظات کا اظہار کیا۔

مختلف سماجی، سیاسی و سماجی شخصیات، سول سوسائٹی کے اراکین، پرنٹ و الیکٹرانک میڈیا کے نمائندگان اور سوشل میڈیا ایکٹوسٹس نے بھی اس پرامن احتجاج کو سراہا اور مختلف طبقات کی جانب سے دکھائے گئے اتحاد اور ذمہ داری کے جذبے کو قابلِ تحسین قرار دیا۔

مرکزی انجمن تاجران گوجرخان نے مؤقف اختیار کیا کہ کیس کی تفتیش میں پیش رفت نہ ہونے کے باعث یہ احتجاج ناگزیر ہو چکا ہے۔ انہوں نے مطالبہ کیا کہ قتل میں ملوث تمام ملزمان کو فوری طور پر گرفتار کیا جائے۔ انجمن نے گوجرخان پولیس کی پیش رفت پر عدم اعتماد کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں سے فوری اور مؤثر کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا۔

تاجروں نے خبردار کیا کہ اگر ملزمان کو جلد گرفتار نہ کیا گیا تو احتجاج کا دائرہ مزید وسیع کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ امن و امان کا قیام اور متاثرین کو انصاف کی فراہمی حکومت اور اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے، اور تاخیر سے عوامی بے چینی میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔

ہڑتال مکمل طور پر پرامن رہی اور تجارتی سرگرمیوں کی بندش کے علاوہ کسی قسم کے ناخوشگوار واقعے کی اطلاع موصول نہیں ہوئی۔

Traders further warned that if the accused are not arrested promptly, they may consider expanding their protest in the coming days. They stressed that maintaining law and order and ensuring justice for the victims is the responsibility of the authorities, and delays are causing growing unrest among the business community.

The strike concluded peacefully, with no reported incidents of violence or disruption beyond the closure of commercial activities.
