گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام / 12 اپریل 2026):گوجرخان کے نواحی گاؤں بجنیال میں ایک افسوسناک واقعہ پیش آیا ہے جہاں 34 سالہ نوجوان اویس عرف“ملنگی”کو مبینہ طور پر پولیس حراست کے بعد مشکوک حالات میں قتل کر دیا گیا۔

متوفی کے والد کے مطابق اویس کو چند روز قبل مقامی پولیس نے حراست میں لیا تھا، تاہم گرفتاری کے بعد پولیس کی جانب سے اہلخانہ کو اس کی حالت یا مقام کے بارے میں کوئی باضابطہ اطلاع فراہم نہیں کی گئی۔ تین دن بعد اہلخانہ کو سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے یہ افسوسناک خبر ملی کہ اویس کی لاش ایک دوسرے ضلع سے برآمد ہوئی ہے۔

ابتدائی اطلاعات کے مطابق اویس کو متعدد گولیاں مار کر قتل کیا گیا، جس سے اس واقعے کے پس منظر پر سنگین سوالات اٹھ رہے ہیں۔ والد نے الزام عائد کیا ہے کہ ان کے بیٹے کے قتل میں بدعنوانی یا سازش کا عنصر شامل ہو سکتا ہے، اور انہوں نے اس واقعے میں قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کے کردار پر بھی سوال اٹھایا ہے۔

غمزدہ خاندان نے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب اور اعلیٰ حکام سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر اس واقعے کا نوٹس لیں اور شفاف تحقیقات کو یقینی بنائیں۔ اہلخانہ کا مطالبہ ہے کہ ذمہ داران کا تعین کر کے انہیں قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے تاکہ انصاف فراہم کیا جا سکے۔

اس افسوسناک واقعے کے بعد مقامی آبادی میں شدید غم و غصہ پایا جا رہا ہے، جبکہ شہریوں کی بڑی تعداد آزادانہ تحقیقات کا مطالبہ کر رہی ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کے کارکنان نے بھی تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ حراستی نظام کی سخت نگرانی ناگزیر ہے تاکہ مستقبل میں ایسے واقعات کی روک تھام کی جا سکے۔

تاحال متعلقہ حکام کی جانب سے ان الزامات پر کوئی باضابطہ بیان سامنے نہیں آیا۔ جیسے جیسے عوامی دباؤ بڑھ رہا ہے، توقع کی جا رہی ہے کہ حکام جلد اس معاملے پر ردعمل دیں گے اور اویس کی موت کی اصل وجوہات سامنے لائی جائیں گی۔

Three days later, the family received shocking news through social media that Awais’s body had been found in another district.
