ہڈرسفیلڈ، برطانیہ۔۔۔پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم۔۔۔ ہڈرسفیلڈ میں کم عمر لڑکیوںکے ساتھ جنسی زیادتی کے جرم میں تین افراد کو جیل کی سزا سنا دی گئی واضح رہے کہ انھوں نے یہ جرائم انیس سو نوے کی دہائی میں کیے تھے۔چوالیس سالہ بنارس حسین، چوالیس سالہ محمد اکرم اور اکتالیس سالہ طلعت احمد کو لیڈز کراون کورٹ مین سزا سنائی گئی۔یہ کاروائی ماضی میں کئے گئے جنسی استحصال کے مجرموں کو کیفر کردار تک پہنچانے والے پروجیکٹ کا حصہ ہے۔عدالت کا کہنا ہے کہ اس سے مجرموں کو یقین دہانی ہو جائے گی کہ انھوں نے جب بھی کبھی جرم کا ارتکاب کیا انھیں سزا ضرور ملے گی۔
Huddersfield; Three child sex offenders who targeted a schoolgirl on her paper rounds have been jailed for a combined 41 years.
Banaras Hussain, 44, Mohammed Akram, 44, and Talish Ahmed, 41, were all sentenced at Leeds Crown Court) after being found guilty of sexual offences committed against a young teenage girl in the mid 1990’s.
The men were all sentenced after being convicted as part of West Yorkshire Police’s long running Operation Tendersea enquiry.
The operation was established to investigate the non-recent sexual abuse of young girls.
Banaras Hussain of Church Street, Huddersfield, was sentenced to 18 years for two offences of rape against a female aged under 16.
Mohammed Akram of Moorbottom Road, Huddersfield, was sentenced to 13 years for two offences of rape and an offence of indecent assault.
Talish Ahmed of Rashcliffe Hill Road, Huddersfield, was sentenced to 10 years for the rape of a female aged under 16.
“I hope these convictions again demonstrate to victims that we will do all we possibly can to help you seek justice no matter when the crimes were committed.
