London: Shahid Nazir from Gujar Khan’s Phalina Village Fulfills Dream of Becoming a Pilot

لندن (پوٹھوہار ڈاٹ کام، محمد نصیر راجہ، 25 اکتوبر 2024) – گوجر خان جبر کے قریب گاؤں پھلینہ اور برڈفورڈ سے تعلق رکھنے والے شاہد نذیر نے متعدد مشکلات کے باوجود مکمل طور پر پائلٹ بننے کی اہلیت حاصل کر لی ہے۔

شاہد نذیر، جو برڈفورڈ میں پیدا ہوئے، حاجی محمد نذیر کے بیٹے ہیں۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ انہیں کم عمری سے ہی پائلٹ بننے کا شوق تھا اور جب وہ 17 سال کی عمر میں پہلی بار اپنے ایک خاندانی دوست کے طیارے کے کاک پٹ میں بیٹھے تو انہیں اپنی زندگی کا مقصد سمجھ آ گیا۔

شاہد نے کہا، “ہوا میں ہونے کا ایک خوبصورت احساس ہے، سکون اور کنٹرول کا۔ جب میں نے پہلی پرواز کی تو میں نے پیچھے مڑ کر نہیں دیکھا۔”

شاہد نے اپنے کورس میں بھرپور محنت کی اور اپنے امتحانات بہترین نمبروں سے پاس کیے، جن میں سے آٹھ امتحانات میں انہوں نے سو فیصد نمبر حاصل کیے۔

اپنے خواب کو پورا کرنے کے بعد کے احساسات کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے شاہد نے کہا، “جب میں نے اپنا سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل کیا تو ایسا محسوس ہوا کہ میری تمام محنت کا صلہ مل گیا۔ اس میں بہت محنت اور سرمایہ لگا، لیکن یہ سب اس کے قابل تھا۔”

مستقبل کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے شاہد نے کہا کہ وہ یورپ میں پروازیں کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور پاکستان انٹرنیشنل ایئرلائنز سے ملازمت کے حوالے سے بات کرنے پر غور کر رہے ہیں۔

شاہد نے مزید کہا، “میں یہ سب اپنے والد کو فخر محسوس کروانے اور لوگوں کو یہ دکھانے کے لیے کرنا چاہتا تھا کہ جہاں چاہ وہاں راہ، اور اللہ کی مدد سے کچھ بھی ممکن ہے۔”

London (Pothwar.com, Mohammad Naseer Raja, October 25, 2024) – Shahid Nazir of village Phalina near Jabber Gujar Khan and Bradford has achieved fully qualified pilot licence despite facing several setbacks.

Shahid, who was born in Bradford, is son of Haji Mohammad Nazir said that he wanted to be a pilot from a young age and that it was when he first sat in the cockpit of a family friend’s plane when he was 17 that he was convinced of the direction he wanted to take his life in.

He said: “It was the excitement and the adrenaline. There’s a beautiful feeling of calm and control when you’re in the air. “Once I had my first flight I never looked back.”

Shahid put his all into the the course and passed his exams with flying colours, scoring one hundred percent on eight of the nine tests.

On what it felt like to finally accomplish his dream, he said: “When I received my certificate it felt like everything had paid off in the end. It took a lot of effort and cost a fortune but it was worth it. “It just shows how much hard work and dedication and motivation I put in to it.”

Looking to the future, Shahid said that he wants to fly in Europe and is considering approaching Pakistani International Airlines about a job.

“I wanted to do this to make my dad proud and also to show people that where there’s a will there’s a way and that with God’s help, anything is possible.”
