Rawat: Rawalpindi Court Sends Two to Judicial Custody in ₹315 Million Overseas Employment Fraud Case

روات –(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، اکرام الحق قریشی،31، اگست، 2024ء 25؍صفر المظفر 1446ھ) – سول جج راولپنڈی چوہدری صداقت علی خان نے بیرون ملک بھجوانے کا جھانسہ دے کر 69 افراد سے ساڑھے 31 کروڑ روپے ہتھیانے کے مقدمہ میں گرفتار دو ملزمان کا مزید جسمانی ریمانڈ دینے کی استدعا مسترد کرتے ہوئے ملزمان کو جوڈیشل کر دیا۔ تھانہ ایف آئی اے میں احتشام الحق قریشی کی درخواست پر درج کیس کے مطابق ورسکے خان عرف شیراز اور احسن اقبال نے ساز باز کر کے 69 افراد کو انگلینڈ کی ایک کمپنی میں ورک پرمٹ پر بھجوانے کا جھانسہ دے کر مجموعی طور پر 31 کروڑ 46 لاکھ 25 ہزار روپے وصول کئے۔بعد ازاں 57 افراد کو لندن بھجوایا لیکن انہیں ملازمت نہ دلوائی بلکہ ان کے ورک پرمٹ ہی کینسل کروا دئیے گئے۔ عدالت نے ایف آئی اے کی مزید ریمانڈ کی استدعا مسترد کرتے ہوئے دونوں ملزمان کو 10 ستمبر تک جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر اڈیالہ جیل بھجوا دیا۔

Rawat: (Pothwar.com, Ikram ul Haq Qureshi, August 31, 2024) – Rawalpindi: A local court in Rawalpindi, presided over by Civil Judge Chaudhry Sadaqat Ali Khan, rejected the request for an extended physical remand of two suspects involved in a large-scale fraud case. The suspects, identified as Warsake Khan alias Shiraz and Ahsan Iqbal, were accused of defrauding 69 individuals of a total of ₹315.46 million by falsely promising them overseas work permits in the UK.

According to the FIR filed by Ehtisham ul Haq Qureshi at the FIA Police Station, the accused conspired to send 69 people to the UK under the pretense of securing work permits. Despite collecting a substantial amount of money, they failed to provide employment, and the work permits were subsequently canceled. The court, denying the FIA’s request for further remand, has sent the accused to Adiala Jail on judicial remand until September 10.
