London: An event was organized by the Workers’ Party regarding the elections in Luton

لندن (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام محمد نصیر راجہ، 11, جون، 2024) –برطانیہ میں انتخابات کے حوالے سے ورکر ز پارٹی کی جانب سے تقریب منعقد کی گئی جس میں لوٹن ناتھ، ساؤ تھ حلقے سے شہریوں نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی۔ تقریب کا آغاز تلاوت قرآن پاک سے کیا گیا جس کے بعد لیبر پارٹی سے دوری اختیار کرکے ورکر پارٹی میں شمولیت کرنے والے اہم سیاستدان وحیدر اکبر اور ڈاکٹر یاسین رحمٰن سمیت دیگر مقررین نے خطاب کیا۔ برطانیہ کے مشہور سیاست دان جارج گیلوے جو ماضی میں لیبر پارٹی کے اہم ستون تھے مگر غزہ اور فلسطین میں اسرائیلی جارحیت پر برطا نوی حکومت اور لیبر پارٹی کا خاموش تماشائی بن جانے اور فلسطین مخالف پالیسی کے باعث انہوں نے لیبر پارٹی کو خیر باد کہا اور اپنی جماعت ’’ورکر زپارٹی‘‘ بنائی اور اب ورکر پارٹی نے 4جولائی کے عام انتخابات کیلئے بڑی تعداد میں امیدوار میدان میں اتار دیئے ہیں۔ لوٹن نارتھ سے ورکر پارٹی برطانیہ نے وحید اکبر کو اپنا پارلیمانی امیدوار چنا ہے جو متعدد بار کونسلرز جب کہ سابق میئر لوٹن بھی رہ چکے ہیں جبکہ لوٹن ساؤتھ سے ڈاکٹر یاسین الرحمٰن ورکر پارٹی کے مضبوط امیدوار ہیں۔ لوٹن سمیت برطانیہ کے بعض انتخابی حلقوں سے آزاد امیدوار بھی قسمت آزمائی کر رہے ہیں۔جارج گیلوے جو ہمیشہ سے فلسطین کے حقوق اور برطانیہ کی ترقی کی بات کرتے ہیں۔
