کہوٹہ کے علاقہ بنھتی کے رہائشی سردار ظفر یاسین نے برطانیہ سے بیرسٹر کی اعلیٰ ڈگری حاصل کر لی،سردار ظفر یاسین سابق چیف جسٹس سردار اسلم (مرحوم)، ٹھیکیدار سردار ظہورکے کزن اور اے ایس آئی سردار عظمت یاسین کے بھائی ہیں۔سردار ظفر یاسین جو لندن برطانیہ میں گزشتہ 10 سالوں سے کامیابی کے ساتھ اپنی لاء فرم چلا رہے ہیں، انہوں نے Bar-at-Law کی اعلیٰ تعلیم بھی حاصل کی اور اب انہیں برطانیہ میں لنکنز ان (Lincoln’s Inn) میں بطور بیرسٹر اعلیٰ ڈگری سے نوازا گیا۔مسٹر بیرسٹر سردار ظفر یاسین اپنی آبائی برادری خصوصاً نوجوانوں کی مدد کرنے اور ان کی رہنمائی کرنے میں بہت دلچسپی رکھتے ہیں، جو دہائیوں سے اپنے نام نہاد نمائندوں کے ذریعے کھوکھلے نعروں سے گمراہ ہو رہے ہیں مسٹر بیرسٹر سردار ظفر یاسین نے برطانیہ اور پاکستان میں کسی بھی قانونی یا کسی دوسری مدد کے لیے ان سے رابطہ کرنے کے لیے اپنے رابطے کی تفصیلات فراہم کی ہیں۔ انہوں نے بہت جلد پاکستان کا دورہ کرنے کا فیصلہ بھی کیا ہے۔
