کلر سیداں(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,اکرام الحق قریشی,01،اگست,2023)—کلرسیداں کے قریب بیوی نے خاوند سے مل کر اپنی سوتن کو تشدد کا نشانہ بنا کر موت کے گھاٹ اتار دیا اور نعش کو کمرے میں رکھ کر باہر سے تالا لگا کر موقع سے فرار ہو گئے۔کمرے سے بدبوآنے پر پڑوسیوں نے جب کمرہ کھول کر دیکھا تو اندر نعش پڑی ہوئی تھی۔مقتولہ نے چار برس قبل والدین کی مرضی کے خلاف محبت کی شادی کی تھی جس کے بعد خاوند اپنی دونوں بیویوں کو کوٹہ کے علاقہ نرڑھ سے کلر سیداں کے گاؤں اراضی بانڈی لے کر آ گیا جہاں وہ کرائے کے مکان میں رہائش پذیر تھے۔26 سالہ مقتولہ اسماء کے والد رسالت حسین سکنہ نڑھ کہوٹہ نے کلر سیداں پولیس کو بتایا کہ میری مقتولہ بیٹی مسماۃ اسماء نورین نے چار سال قبل مسمی شرافت علی سکنہ نرڑھ سیہماری مرضی کے خلاف شادی کر لی تھی جس کے بعد سے ہمارا اس کے ساتھ رابطہ نہ تھا۔وقوعہ کے روز میرے داماد شرافت علی نے مجھے موبائل فون پر اطلاع دی کہ اسماء فوت ہو گئی ہے اوراس کے بعد میرے داماد نے فون بند کر دیا، تھوڑی دیر بعد مسماۃ شکیلہ جو کہ شرافت علی کی ہمشیرہ ہے نے اطلاع دی کہ اسماء کی نعش آراضی بانڈی تحصیل کلر سیداں میں ایک مکان میں پڑی ہوئی ہے جس کے بعد میں اپنے بیٹوں کے ہمراہ موقع پر پہنچ گیا اور دیکھا کہ ایک مکان کے باہر کافی لوگ جمع ہیں۔مکان کے رہائشی کمرے کے اندر گیا تو دیکھا کہ میری بیٹی اسماء کی نعش پڑی ہوئی ہے اور اس کے جسم پر ضربات کے نشان بھی موجود ہیں جس کے بعد مجھے قوی یقین ہو گیا کہ شرافت علی نے میری بیٹی اسماء کو اپنی پہلی بیوی آنسہ اور والد محمد تسنیم کے ایما ء پر قتل کیا ہے۔ادہر پولیس کے مطابق مقتولہ کو زہر دینے کے بعد تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا جس سے اس کی موت واقع ہوئی ہے کلرسیداں پولیس نے مقتولہ کے شوہر،خسر اور سوتن کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کرکے تفتیش شروع کردی ہے

After the heinous act, the body was placed in a room and secured with a lock before the perpetrators fled the scene. The grim discovery was made when neighbors noticed a foul smell emanating from the room and decided to investigate, leading to the tragic finding of the deceased co-wife’s body inside.
The victim, identified as Asma, aged 26, had married against her parents’ wishes four years ago to Sharafat Ali of Narh village. Following the marriage, Sharafat Ali took both of his wives to his ancestral land in Arazi Bandi village, Kallar Syedan, where they resided in a rented house. Asma had been estranged from her family since her marriage to Sharafat Ali.
On the day of the incident, Asma’s father, Rasoolat Hussain, reported the incident to Kallar Syedan Police, informing them about the tragic demise of his daughter. According to his account, he received a call from his son-in-law, Sharafat Ali, informing him of Asma’s death. Shortly after the call ended, Sharafat Ali disconnected his phone. A while later, Asma’s sister, Shagufta, who is married to Sharafat Ali’s brother, informed Rasoolat Hussain that Asma’s body was lying in a house in Arazi Bandi village. Acting on the information, Rasoolat Hussain rushed to the location with his sons and discovered a crowd gathered outside a residence.
Upon entering the room, Rasoolat Hussain found Asma’s lifeless body with visible signs of violence, leading him to believe that Sharafat Ali had murdered his daughter along with his first wife, Ansa, and father-in-law, Muhammad Tasneem. The police have registered a case against Sharafat Ali, his brother, his father, and his first wife, Ansa, and launched an investigation into the gruesome incident.
