روات (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — اکرام الحق قریشی | 27جون 2026) — الیکشن کمیشن نے پنجاب میں یونین کونسلز کی حلقہ بندیوں کے لئے نظرثانی شدہ ٹائم لائن جاری کردی۔جس کے مطابق حلقہ بندی کمیٹیوں کی جانب سے حلقہ بندیوں کی حتمی فہرست کی اشاعت 17 اگست کو ہوگی۔
الیکشن کمیشن کی جانب سے جاری نظرثانی شدہ ٹائم لائن کے مطابق حلقہ بندی اتھارٹیز کے پاس ووٹرز کی جانب سے اعتراضات 4 جولائی تک دائر کئے جاسکیں گے۔جنہیں 29 جولائی تک نمٹایا جاسکےگا۔حلقہ بندی اتھارٹیز اور حلقہ بندی کمیٹیوں کے درمیان فیصلوں سے آگاہی کا کام 7 اگست تک ہوگا جبکہ یونین کونسلز کی سطح پر حلقہ بندیوں کی حتمی اشاعت 17 اگست کو ہوگی۔
Rawat (Pothwar.com – Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi | June 27, 2026) – The Election Commission has released a revised timeline for the delimitation of Union Councils in Punjab, outlining key dates for the completion of the process ahead of the upcoming local government elections.
According to the revised schedule, voters may submit objections to the proposed delimitations before the Delimitation Authorities until July 4, 2026. The authorities are required to review and decide on all objections by July 29, 2026.
The Election Commission further stated that communication of decisions between the Delimitation Authorities and Delimitation Committees will be completed by August 7, 2026.
The final list of Union Council delimitations will be officially published on August 17, 2026, marking the completion of the delimitation exercise across Punjab.
The revised timeline is intended to ensure a transparent and timely completion of the delimitation process, paving the way for the next phase of preparations for the province’s local government elections.
