Rawat: A case has been registered against Pindi Ghaip Molvi Atta Mohammad Awan and married woman Nargis

روات (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، اکرام الحق قریشی،14، جون، 2024) –مسجد کی چھت پر واقعہ حجرے میں رنگ رلیاں منانے پر پنڈی گھیپ کے قاری عطا محمد اعوان اور گاؤں آراضی واہنڈی کی شادی شدہ خاتون نرگس کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا راجہ مارکیٹ کے دوکاندار نعیم الطاف نے پولیس کو بتایا کہ دن ساڑھے دس بجے کے قریب اراضی واہنڈی مسجد کا امام عطا محمد ولد غلام محمد ایک غیرمحرم عورت لے کر محمدی مسجد کی چھت پر واقعہ حجرے میں لے گیا کچھ دیر بعد وہ عورت چلی گئی اور ایک اور عورت آئی جس نے مسجد کے مین گیٹ کو اندر سے کنڈی لگائی اور مسجد کے چھت پر واقعہ حجرہ میں چلی گئی جہاں عطا محمد بھی موجود تھا جنہوں نے کمرے کو اندر سے بھی کنڈی لگا لی شک گزرنے پر میں معین خان شہزاد الیاس کے ہمراہ دیوار پھلانگ کر مسجد میں داخل ہوئے حجرے کے پاس پہنچے تو اس کو امدر سے کنڈی لگی ہوئی تھی اندر مولوی عطا محمد اور خاتون فحش حرکات کر رہے تھے انہوں نے مسجد کی بے حرمتی کی لہذہ ان کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کیا جائے کلرسیداں پولیس نے ملزم قاری عطا محمد اور خاتون نرگس زوجہ گلفراز کے خلاف زیردفعہ 294.295 ت پ مقدمہ درج کر لیا۔ادہر مقامی حلقوں نے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ ملزم عطا محمد کو مسجد کے حجرے کی چابی مہیا کرنے والے سہولت کار کو بھی گرفتار کرکے قانون کے کٹہرے میں کھڑا کیا جائے۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, 14, June 2024) – A case has been registered against Atta Mohammad Awan, an imam of Pindi Ghaip masjid, and Nargis, a married woman of village Arazi Wahandi, for imoral activities on the roof of the Masjid.

Naeem Altaf, a shopkeeper of Raja Market, told the police that around 10:30 a.m., Imam Atta Mohammad, son of Ghulam Muhammad, of Azari Wahandi Masjid took a non-mahram woman to a room on the roof of the Muhammadi mosque.

After a while, the woman left. Another woman locked the main gate of the masjid from inside and went to his room on the roof of the masjid where Atta Mohammad was also present who also locked the room from inside. Maulvi Atta Mohammad and the woman were doing obscene acts.

A case has been registered against the accused Qari Atta Mohammad and Nargis Gulfaraz under section 294.295 of the Penal Code. The local circles have demanded that the facilitator who provided the key to the masjid room to the accused Atta Mohammad should also be arrested and brought to justice.
