Rawat: Petitions against removal of Chairman, Vice Chairman RDA approved for hearing

روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم، اکرام الحق قریشی,02،فروری,2023)—لاہور ہائی کورٹ راولپنڈی بنچ کے جسٹس مرزا وقاص رؤف نے آر ڈی اے کے چیئر مین اور وائس چیئرمین کو ہٹانے کے خلاف دو مختلف رٹ پٹیشنز باقاعدہ سماعت کیلئے منظور کرتے ہوئے نگران حکومت کو ان پوسٹوں پر درخواستوں کے فیصلہ تک تعیناتی سے روک دیا۔ہٹائے گے چیئر مین آر ڈی اے طارق محمود مرتضی نے محمد فیصل ملک ایڈووکیٹ جبکہ وائس چیئر مین ملک محمد علی اعوان نے وسیم انور بھٹی ایڈووکیٹ کے ذریعے عدالت سے رجوع کیا ہے۔نگران حکومت نے دونوں کو ہٹادیا تھا۔سماعت 6فروری تک ملتوی کردی گئی۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram ul Haq Qureshi, 02, February 2023)- Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench allowed two separate writ petitions against the removal of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of RDA for regular hearing.

While doing so, the caretaker government was prevented from appointing them to these posts till the decision of the applications.

Removed Chairman RDA Tariq Mehmood Murtaza approached the court through Muhammad Faisal Malik Advocate while Vice Chairman Malik Muhammad Ali Awan approached the court through Wasim Anwar Bhatti Advocate.

The caretaker government removed both of them. The hearing was adjourned till February 6.
