Bradford: Shakeal Rehman and Fiesal Khalil received long prison sentences after a sawn-off double barrel shotgun shooting

بریڈ فورڈ کے 34 سالہ شکیل رحمان کو کم از کم آٹھ سال جیل کی سلاخوں کے ساتھ عمر قید کی سزا سنائی گئی۔بریڈ فورڈ کراؤن کورٹ نے سنا کہ اس نے آدھی رات کے بعد ڈورسیٹ کلوز، لٹل ہارٹن میں گھر کے دروازے سے دو بار بندوق چلائی۔

بریڈ فورڈ کے 43 سالہ فیصل خلیل کو رحمان سے شوٹنگ کرنے کے لیے کہنے پر 14 سال کے لیے جیل بھیج دیا گیا۔عدالت نے سنا کہ وہ اولڈہم سے تعلق رکھنے والے کاشف حسین نامی شخص کی جانب سے کام کر رہا ہے جو بھاگ کر پاکستان آ گیا ہے۔

ان افراد کو سزا سناتے ہوئے مقدمے کے جج ریکارڈر مارک میکون کے سی نے کہا کہ دونوں کو جیوری نے جان کو خطرے میں ڈالنے کے ارادے سے آتشیں اسلحہ رکھنے کی سازش کا مجرم قرار دیا۔

Bradford (Pothwar.com, 11th September 2022) —TWO men today received long prison sentences after a sawn-off double barrel shotgun was twice blasted through the front door of a house in Bradford while a couple and their three young children were at home.

Shakeal Rehman, 34, of Haworth Road, Heaton, Bradford, was jailed for life with a minimum term of eight years behind bars.

Bradford Crown Court heard that he fired the gun twice through the door of the house in Dorset Close, Little Horton, just after midnight on January 12.

Fiesal Khalil, 43, of Whetley Lane, Manningham, Bradford, was jailed for 14 years after asking Rehman to carry out the shooting.

The court heard that he was acting on behalf of a man from Oldham called Kashif Hussain who has fled to Pakistan.

Sentencing the men, the trial judge Recorder Mark McKone KC, said both were convicted by the jury of conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.
