Rawat; 70% property tax refund on personal use commercial properties

روات:(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم ,اکرام الحق قریشی،02دسمبر2021)— محکمہ ایکسائز اینڈ ٹیکسیشن پنجاب نے راولپنڈی سمیت صوبہ بھر میں ذاتی استعمال والی کمرشل جائیدادوں پر پراپرٹی ٹیکس میں کیا جانے والا 70فیصد اضافہ واپس لے لیا ہے، جو مالکان جائیداد رواں مالی سال کا پراپرٹی ٹیکس جمع کروا چکے ہیں ان کے اگلے مالی سال کے پراپرٹی ٹیکس میں یہ رقم ایڈجسٹ ہو جائیگی، ایکسائز ذرائع کے مطابق معمول کے مطابق پراپرٹی ٹیکس میں سالانہ دس فیصد اضافہ ہی ہوگا، یہ اضافہ رواں مالی سال کے دوران کیا گیا تھا، واضح رہے کہ شہری معمول کے مطابق پہلے تین ماہ کے دوران ہی اپنے ذمہ پراپرٹی ٹیکس رعایت حاصل کرنے کیلئے جمع کروا دیتے ہیں تاہم ان کی جمع شدہ رقم کو آئندہ مالی سال پراپرٹی ٹیکس میں ایڈجسٹ کر لی جائیگی۔

Rawat: (Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, 02 December 2021) – Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has withdrawn 70% increase in property tax on privately used commercial properties across the province, including Rawalpindi. This amount will be adjusted in the property tax of the next financial year. According to excise sources, the property tax will be increased by 10% per annum as per normal. This increase was made during the current financial year. It should be noted that as per the norms, the citizens submit their property tax deductions within the first three months as per the norms, however, their deposit amount will be adjusted in the property tax next financial year.
