روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم ,اکرام الحق قریشی)— آئ جی پنجاب کے ویژن کے مطابق اینٹی ویمن ہراسمنٹ اینڈ وائلنس سیل کی لیڈی وکٹم سپورٹ آفیسرز کے لئے ٹریننگ ورکشاپ کا آغاز،پانچ روزہ تربیتی ورکشاپ پولیس لائنز ہیڈکوارٹرز میں فاطمہ جناح ویمن یونیورسٹی کے تعاون سے منعقد کی جا رہی ہے، پانچ روزہ ٹریننگ ورکشاپ کے آغاز پر وائس چانسلر فاطمہ جناح ویمن یونیورسٹی ڈاکٹر صائمہ حامد کی بطور مہمان خصوصی شرکت، وکٹم سپورٹ آفیسرز سے خطاب ,ٹریننگ ورکشاپ کے پہلے سیشن میں ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن غضنفر علی شاہ نے بھی خطاب کیا اور فاطمہ جناح یونیورسٹی کے تعاون پر شکریہ ادا کیا، ٹریننگ ورکشاپ کامقصد جدید دور کے تقاضوں کے مطابق متاثرہ خواتین کی قانونی، معاشرتی اور نفسیاتی سپورٹ کے لئے وکٹم سپورٹ آفیسرز کی آگاہی اوراستعداد کار بڑھانا ہے، ورکشاپ کے دوران ماہر اساتذہ اور ریسرچرز راولپنڈی پولیس کی لیڈی وکٹم سپورٹ آفیسرز کو قانون، نفسیات اور معاشرتی پہلوؤں کے حوالے سے متاثرہ خواتین کو بہترطریقے سے مدد فراہم کرنے کی تربیت دیں گی، راولپنڈی کے تمام تھانوں کی لیڈی وکٹم سپورٹ آفیسرز اور تحفظ ٹرانسجینڈر سینٹر کی وکٹم سپورٹ افسر ٹریننگ ورکشاپ میں حصہ لے رہی ہیں تاکہ خواتین سمیت معاشرہ کے تمام محروم و کمزور طبقات کو بہترین سپورٹ اور سروس ڈلیوری کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے، راولپنڈی پولیس تشدد، زیادتی اور ہراسمنٹ کے حوالے سے زیروٹالیرنس پالیسی پر عمل پیرا ہے، تشدد، زیادتی اور ہراسمنٹ کی شکار خواتین کی سپورٹ کے لئے راولپنڈی پولیس کا اینٹی ویمن ہراسمنٹ اینڈ وائلنس سیل اور ٹرانسجینڈرز کے لئے تحفظ ٹرانسجینڈر رپورٹنگ سینٹر 24/7 سروسز فراہم کر رہا ہے،
خواتین اور معاشرہ کے کمزور و محروم طبقات کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانا اولین ترجیح ہے،

According to the vision of IG Punjab, a training workshop for Lady Victim Support Officers of Anti-Women Harassment and Violence Cell has been started. At the commencement of the five-day training workshop, Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Women’s University Dr. Saima Hamid participated as the special guest, addressing the Victim Support Officers, SSP Investigation Ghazanfar Ali Shah in the first session of the training workshop. Also addressed and thanked the support of Fatima Jinnah University. The aim of the training workshop is to increase the awareness and capacity of the Victim Support Officers for the legal, social and psychological support of the affected women as per the requirements of modern times. Researchers will train Lady Victim Support Officers of Rawalpindi Police to provide better assistance to affected women in legal, psychological and social aspects. Lady Victim Support Officers of all police stations in Rawalpindi and Victims Port officers are participating in training workshops to ensure the best support and service delivery to all the deprived and vulnerable sections of the society including women. Rawalpindi Police is pursuing a zero tolerance policy on violence, abuse and harassment. The Rawalpindi Police Anti-Women Harassment and Violence Cell and the Transgender Reporting Center for Transgender are providing 24/7 services to support women victims of violence, abuse and harassment.
Ensuring the protection of women and the weaker sections of society is a top priority.
