Muhammad Yaseen of Kallar Syedan is appointed Associate Minister of Immigration and Multiculturalism in Alberta, Canada
کلر سیداں کے محمد یٰسین کو کینیڈا کی ریاست البرٹا میں امیگریشن اور ملٹی کلچرل ازم کا وزیر مقرر کیا گیا
کینیڈا؛ نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم۔۔ گاؤں ستھوانی، یونین کونسل کنوہا ، کلر سیداں کے محمد یٰسین کو ایسوسی ایٹ وزیر امیگریشن اینڈ ملٹی کلچرلزم مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔ اس سے قبل انہوں نے امیگریشن کے پارلیمانی سکریٹری کی حیثیت سے خدمات انجام دیں۔ وہ فی الحال ریسورس اسٹیورشپ سے متعلق اسٹینڈنگ کمیٹی کے ممبر ہیں۔
قانون ساز اسمبلی میں خدمات انجام دینے سے پہلے، مسٹر یٰسین نے تیل کی صنعت میں تقریبا 40 سال تک کام کیا۔ پیشے کے لحاظ سے ایک انجینئر ہیں۔ انہوں نے یونیورسٹی آف وومنگ سے پیٹرولیم انجینئرنگ میں سائنس کی ڈگری حاصل کی، یونیورسٹی آف کیلگری سے سول انجینئرنگ میں ماسٹر ڈگری اور فینکس یونیورسٹی سے بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن میں ماسٹرزکی ڈگری حاصل کی۔ مسٹر یٰسین ایک پیشہ ور انجینئر ہیں اور البرٹا کی ایسوسی ایشن آف پروفیشنل انجینئرز اور جیو سائنسدانوں کے ای پی جی اے کے ممبر ہیں۔
Canada; Muhammad Yaseen of village Sathwani, Union council Kanoha, Kallar Syedan، and who lives in Calgary Alberta was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Calgary-North, on April 16, 2019. He was appointed Associate Minister of Immigration and Multiculturalism on July 8, 2021. He previously served as the parliamentary Secretary of Immigration. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Resource Stewardship.
Prior to serving with the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Yaseen worked in the oil industry for almost 40 years, starting his career in 1979 with Texaco Canada and working the last 30 years with Imperial Oil. An engineer by profession, he is experienced in reservoir/joint ventures engineering, and he has held advisory roles for processing, transportation, contracts and projects.
He holds a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming, a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Calgary and a master of business administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Yaseen is a professional engineer and is a member of APEGA, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
