لندن، پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم۔۔۔محمد نصیر راجہ۔۔۔ برطانوی باشندوں کو برطانیہ سے باہر سفر پر جانے کے لئے ایک فارم کا بھرنا لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے جس میں انھیں بتانا ہو گا کہ وہ کس وجہ سے برطانیہ سے باہر جا رہے ہیں یہ فارم ائرپورٹ جانے سے پہلے اپنے ساتھ لے جانا لازمی ہے۔اس پابندی کا اطلاق آٹھ مارچ پیر کے روز سے شروع ہو گا۔ ورنہ دوسری صورت میں انھیں دو سو پونڈز تک جرمانہ بھرنا پڑے گا۔
اس قانون کا اعلان ستائیس جنوری کو کیا گیا تھا یہ فارم گورنمنٹ کی ویب سائٹس سے ڈاون لوڈ کیا جا سکتا ہے اور اپنے فون پر بھی محفوظ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔اس فارم کے مطابق صرف چھٹیاں منانے کی اجازت نہیں ہو گی بلکہ تعلیم، جنازہ ،کام یا پھر طبی ضروریات شامل ہیں۔تین صفحوں پر مشتمل اس فارم میں مسافروں کو اپنی تمام تفصیلات کے ساتھ پنے ملک چھوڑنے کی وجہ بتانی ہو گی۔
حکومت کی جانب سے پولیس بھی ائرپورٹس پر ایسے تمام مسافروں کی گرفتاری کے لئے موجود رہی گی جو جائز وجوہات کے بغیر برطانیہ سے باہر جانے کی کوشش کریں گے۔ اور اس قانون کے مطابق سترہ مئی تک برطانیہ سے کسی قسم چھٹیاں منانے کی اجازت نہیں ہو گی

From Monday, people travelling internationally from England will need to complete and carry a declaration to travel document downloaded from the Government’s website. GOV.UK
That is 40 days after the measure was announced by Home Secretary Priti Patel on January 27.
The form can be printed or stored on a mobile phone.
International travel from England is only permitted for limited reasons, such as work, volunteering, education, medical grounds and funerals.
The three-page form requires travellers to fill out their personal details and tick a box indicating why they are leaving the country.
Police have been stepping up patrols at ports and airports in recent weeks and will have the power to ask travellers to produce a completed form from Monday, the DfT said.
Individuals unable to do so could face a £200 fine.
Anyone found to be attempting to travel internationally without a valid reason will be asked to return home and could receive a fixed-penalty notice for breaking stay at home rules, which start at £200 and double for each incident, up to a maximum of £6,400.
