محکمہ تعلیم میں دو متوازی نظام کی وجہ سے اساتذہ کرام سخت تشویش میں مبتلا ہیں۔ایک طرف آن لائن سسٹم اور دوسری جانب کاغذوں،مہروں اور فائیلوں کا پلندہ، اس سے اساتذہ عاجز آ چکے ہیں کیونکہ ان ہر دو نظام سے اساتذہ کا وقت ضائع ہوتا ہے اور طلباء کی پڑھائی میں حرج ہوتا ہے۔ایک طرف انتظامی امور کے لیۓ صوبے بھر سے لے کر ضلعی اور تحصیل سطح تک نہ صرف اساتذہ بلکہ طلباء کا ریکارڈ بھی کمپیوٹرائزڈ کیا گیا ہے لیکن سنیارٹی لسٹ ہو،محکمانہ ترقی ہو،یا محکمہ کو اساتذہ کا ریکارڈ درکار ہو تو بجاۓ کمپیوٹرز ڈیٹا سے استفادہ کرنے کے دفاتر سے لیٹرز جاری کر دیۓ جاتے ہیں اور کاغذوں کے بھاری پلندے ،فائلیں تیار کرائی جاتی ہیں جس سے اساتذہ کا وقت ضائع ہوتا ہے۔اساتذہ نے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ اس طرح کی الجھنوں سے اساتذہ کی جان چھڑائی جاۓ۔

Instead of using computer data, letters are issued from the offices and huge packs of papers, files are prepared, which wastes the time of the teachers. The teachers have demanded that in this way.
