اسلام پورہ جبر۔نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم۔محمد انجم ملک ..وزیراعظم عمران خان نے پنجاب میں نئے بلدیاتی مسودے کی منظوری دے دی ہے۔ ایک سال کے اندر بلدیاتی انتخابات کرانے کا فیصلہ صوبائی وزیربلدیات بشارت راجہ کا کہنا ہے کہ دیہی علاقوں میں پنچائیت اورشہروں میں نیبر ہوڈ کونسل کا نظام ہوگا۔ تحصیل اور ضلع کونسل کے انتخابات جماعتی بنیادوں پر ہوں گے۔
پنجاب میں دو طرح کا بلدیاتی نظام لانے کا فیصلہ کرلیا گیاہے۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان نے نئے بلدیاتی مسودے کی منظوری دے دی۔ صوبائی وزیربلدیات بشارت راجہ نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ نئے بلدیاتی نظام کے تحت ولیج کونسل اور نیبر ہوڈ کونسل کے غیر جماعتی جبکہ میونسپل اور ضلع کونسل کے انتخابات جماعتی بنیادوں پر ہوں گے۔
بشارت راجہ نے کہا کہ نئے بلدیاتی نظام کے تحت ایک سو بیاسی شہروں میں میونسپل کمیٹیاں اور چوبیس سو نیبر ہوڈ کونسل جبکہ دیہاتوں میں بائیس ہزار ولیج کونسل کا قیام عمل میں لایا جائے گا۔
صوبائی وزیر بلدیات کا کہنا تھا کہ نئے بلدیاتی نظام سے موجودہ بلدیاتی ادارے تحلیل ہوجائیں گے۔ ایک سال کے اندر بلدیاتی انتخابات کروائیں گے۔ نئے نظام کے تحت بلدیاتی نمائندے تھانوں، ہسپتالوں اور تعلیمی اداروں کا معائنہ کرسکیں گے
Gujar Khan; Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the draft of Punjab’s new local bodies system.The new municipal system will consist of two categories that include municipal and mohalla councils in urban areas, while tehsil and village councils in rural areas.
The draft of Punjab’s new local bodies system will soon be presented in the provincial assembly and provincial cabinet.
Previously, PM Imran Khan was informed that the purpose of new local government system is real transfer of power to the grassroots in order to ensure better and sustainable delivery.
The prime minister was informed that under the new local government system, capacity of local governments would be improved and transparency in transfer of funds will be ensured.
He was told that a solid procedure would be introduced to counter crimes and cooperation between police and people would be promoted.
The officials informed the prime minister that proposed laws for the new local government system had been prepared, which would be presented in the provincial assembly for approval soon.
