گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 30 ستمبر 2026): اسسٹنٹ کمشنر تحصیل گوجرخان ڈاکٹر سیدہ زینب حسین نے پیرا فورس کے ہمراہ مندرہ مین بازار کا دورہ کیا، جہاں انہوں نے ناجائز تجاوزات، دکانوں کے باہر سامان رکھنے اور اشیائے ضروریہ کی سرکاری نرخ ناموں کی دستیابی کا جائزہ لیا۔

دورے کے دوران اسسٹنٹ کمشنر نے دکانداروں اور ریڑھی بانوں کو ہدایت کی کہ بازار میں تجاوزات قائم کرنے سے گریز کریں اور دکانوں کے باہر سامان رکھ کر عوام اور ٹریفک کی آمدورفت میں رکاوٹ پیدا نہ کریں۔

انہوں نے ریڑھی بانوں کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ مقررہ حدود میں رہ کر کاروبار کریں اور بازار کے راستے ہر صورت کھلے رکھیں۔ دکانداروں کو اشیائے ضروریہ سرکاری نرخ نامے کے مطابق فروخت کرنے اور نمایاں مقامات پر ریٹ لسٹ آویزاں کرنے کی بھی ہدایت کی گئی۔

اسسٹنٹ کمشنر ڈاکٹر سیدہ زینب حسین نے واضح کیا کہ آئندہ دکانوں کے باہر سامان رکھنے، ناجائز تجاوزات قائم کرنے اور سرکاری احکامات کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ بازاروں کو تجاوزات سے پاک رکھنا، شہریوں کو مقررہ نرخوں پر اشیائے ضروریہ کی فراہمی اور عوام کے لیے آمدورفت میں آسانی پیدا کرنا انتظامیہ کی ترجیحات میں شامل ہے۔

انہوں نے متعلقہ عملے کو ہدایت کی کہ حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق بازاروں کی نگرانی اور تجاوزات کے خاتمے کے لیے کارروائیاں جاری رکھی جائیں تاکہ شہریوں کو صاف ستھرا، منظم اور بہتر تجارتی ماحول فراہم کیا جا سکے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, September 30, 2026): Assistant Commissioner Tehsil Gujar Khan Dr. Syeda Zainab Hussain, accompanied by the Para Force, visited Mandrah Main Bazaar to inspect encroachments, goods displayed outside shops, and the availability of official price lists for essential commodities.

During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner directed shopkeepers and street vendors to avoid creating encroachments and not to place goods outside their shops in a manner that obstructs the movement of pedestrians and traffic.

She also warned street vendors to conduct their businesses within designated limits and ensure that market passages remain clear. Shopkeepers were directed to sell essential commodities according to the official price list and display the rates prominently at their shops.

Dr. Syeda Zainab Hussain warned that legal action would be taken against those found placing goods outside shops, creating illegal encroachments or violating government instructions.

She said keeping markets free from encroachments, ensuring the availability of essential commodities at official rates and facilitating citizens were among the administration’s key priorities.

The Assistant Commissioner directed the relevant staff to continue monitoring markets and taking action against encroachments in accordance with government policy, with the aim of providing citizens with a clean, organized and accessible commercial environment.
