London: Important Meeting Held in Manchester for PPP UK Reorganisation
پیپلز پارٹی برطانیہ کی تنظیم سازی کیلئے مانچسٹر میں اہم اجلاس
لندن، 10 ستمبر 2026 (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — محمد نصیر راجہ): پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے سینئر رہنما سلطان حیات نے کہا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی وفاق کی علامت ہے، پارٹی کی قیادت میں برداشت ہے، نوجوان بلاول بھٹو کا ساتھ دیں۔
ان خیلالات کا اظہار انھوں نے پیپلز پارٹی نارتھ کے اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا جو مانچسٹر کے مقامی ہوٹل میں ہوا۔ اجلاس کی میزبانی صدر نارتھ ویسٹ گلزار خان اور صدر ویمن ونگ نارتھ رضیہ چودھری نے کی جبکہ مہمان خصوصی سلطان حیات تھے۔
اجلاس میں بابر فاروق، محمود اصغر چودھری، محبوب الہٰی بٹ، امجد بھٹی، بلال درانی، شاہ فرید، کونسلر مقدسہ بانو سمیت پارٹی رہنماؤں کی بڑی تعداد شریک ہوئی۔
اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے پیپلز پارٹی نارتھ ویسٹ کے صدر گلزار خان نے کہا کہ وہ ہمیشہ پارٹی کے ساتھ وفادار رہے ہیں۔ پیپلز پارٹی کو برطانیہ میں متحرک کیا جائے جس کے لیے وہ مرکزی قیادت سے ملاقات کریں گے اور پیپلز پارٹی کی رکنیت سازی اور تنظیم سازی کریں گے۔
رضیہ چودھری نے کہا کہ پارٹی قیادت کا کارکنوں سے رابطے کا فقدان ہے اور کارکنوں کو نظر انداز کیا جاتا ہے۔ ہم نے پیپلز پارٹی کے لیے بہت کام کیا، پاکستان سے آنے والی قیادت لندن کا دورہ کرکے واپس چلی جاتی ہے، نوجوانوں کو موقع ملنا چاہیے، نوجوان آگے بڑھیں گے تو پارٹی مضبوط ہو گی۔
کونسلر مقدسہ بانو نے کہا کہ پارٹی کی نئی ممبر شپ اور نوجوانوں کو آگے بڑھنے کا موقع ملنا چاہیے۔
پیپلز پارٹی برمنگھم کے رہنما طالب حسین نے کہا کہ پارٹی قیادت تمام برانچوں کو متحد کرے، پیپلز پارٹی واحد جمہوری پارٹی ہے جس نے نوجوانوں کو موقع دیا، راجہ پرویز اشرف کی حوصلہ افزائی کی وجہ سے شامل ہوا۔
شاہ فرید نے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی نظریے اور جدوجہد کانام ہے، بانی ذوالفقار علی بھٹو جمہوری اور مزدوروں اور کسانوں کے رہنما تھے، انھوں نے طاقت کا سر چشمہ عوام ہیں کا نظریہ دیا، جبکہ بے نظیر بھٹو نے قید اور جلاوطنی دیکھی۔
انھوں نے کہا پیپلز پارٹی کی قیادت نے قربانیاں دیں۔ ہمیں چاہیے کہ نوجوانوں کو آگے بڑھنے کا موقع دیں۔ سیاسی اختلافات بھلا کر متحد ہونے کی ضرورت ہے۔
بلال درانی نے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے سیاسی ونگز کو فعال کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔بابر فاروق نے کہا کہ نوجوان پیپلز پارٹی سے مایوس نہ ہو۔بلاول بھٹو پاکستان کی سیاست میں سب سے زیادہ نوجوان رہنما ہیں، پیپلز پارٹی نے روٹی، کپڑا، مکان کا نعرہ دیا۔
نوجوان رہنما تبارک محمود نے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے لیے دن رات کام کریں گے، پیپلز یوتھ کو فعال کرنا چاہیے۔ نوجوانوانوں کو پارٹی میں شامل ہونا چاہیے۔
LONDON, September 10, 2026 (Pothwar.com — Mohammad Naseer Raja): Senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sultan Hayat has said that the PPP is a symbol of the federation and that its leadership has demonstrated tolerance, urging young people to support PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of PPP North, held at a local hotel in Manchester. The meeting was hosted by PPP North West President Gulzar Khan and PPP Women’s Wing North President Razia Chaudhry, while Sultan Hayat attended as the chief guest.
A large number of party leaders and workers participated in the meeting, including Babar Farooq, Mahmood Asghar Chaudhry, Mehboob Elahi Butt, Amjad Bhatti, Bilal Durrani, Shah Fareed and Councillor Muqaddasa Bano.
Gulzar Khan Calls for Greater Party Activity in UK
Addressing the gathering, PPP North West President Gulzar Khan said he had always remained loyal to the party.
He called for the PPP to be made more active and organised across Britain, saying he would meet the party’s central leadership and work towards membership drives and organisational development.
Razia Chaudhry Highlights Concerns of Workers
PPP Women’s Wing North President Razia Chaudhry said there was a lack of communication between the party leadership and workers, adding that party workers often felt ignored.
She said workers had made significant contributions to the PPP and noted that leaders visiting from Pakistan often travelled to London before returning home.
Chaudhry stressed that young people should be given greater opportunities within the party, saying the PPP would become stronger when its younger generation was given a meaningful role.
Leaders Call for New Membership and Youth Participation
Councillor Muqaddasa Bano called for a fresh membership drive and greater opportunities for young people to advance within the party.
PPP Birmingham leader Talib Hussain urged the party leadership to bring all branches together. He described the PPP as the country’s only democratic party that had provided opportunities to young people and said he had joined the party after being encouraged by former National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf.
Speakers Recall Bhutto Family’s Political Struggle
Shah Fareed said the PPP represented ideology and political struggle. He described the party’s founder, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, as a democratic leader who championed the rights of workers and farmers and promoted the principle that political power rests with the people.
He also highlighted the sacrifices made by Benazir Bhutto, including imprisonment and exile, saying the PPP leadership had made significant sacrifices for the party and its political struggle.
Fareed stressed the need to provide opportunities to young people and called on party members to put aside political differences and work together.
Calls to Activate PPP’s Political Wings
Bilal Durrani said there was a need to activate the PPP’s political wings.
Babar Farooq urged young people not to become disappointed with the party, describing Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as one of the youngest prominent leaders in Pakistani politics. He also recalled the PPP’s longstanding slogan of “Roti, Kapra, Makan” (bread, clothing and housing).
Young leader Tabarak Mahmood pledged to work tirelessly for the PPP and called for the Pakistan Peoples Youth to be made more active. He urged young people to join the party and play a greater role in its future.
