Gujar Khan: New Landa Market Inaugurated, Providing Better Opportunities for Traders

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 21 اگست 2026): سابق چیئرمین بلدیہ گوجرخان شاہد صراف نے معروف سیاسی و سماجی شخصیت شہزادہ خان کے ہمراہ یوبی ایل بینک کے ساتھ سروس روڈ پر قائم کی گئی نئی لنڈا مارکیٹ کا فیتہ کاٹ کر باقاعدہ افتتاح کر دیا۔ افتتاحی تقریب میں علاقے کی اہم سیاسی، سماجی و کاروباری شخصیات سمیت شہریوں کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔

تقریب کی میزبانی لالا تاج اور احمد شاہ نے کی۔ اس موقع پر مرزا خالد سٹی پیلس، طلعت سیال، شہزادہ ارباب، راجہ ساجد، یوسف خان، ضمیر نبی خان، ملک جاوید اقبال، باسط خان سمیت دیگر معززین اور شہری موجود تھے۔ نئی مارکیٹ کو افتتاح کے موقع پر خوبصورت اور دیدہ زیب انداز میں سجایا گیا تھا، جس سے تقریب کی رونق میں مزید اضافہ ہوا۔

افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سابق چیئرمین بلدیہ گوجرخان شاہد صراف نے کہا کہ حلال روزگار کے حصول کے لیے کی جانے والی محنت کو اللہ تعالیٰ ضرور اجر عطا فرماتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جو افراد محنت، دیانت داری اور لگن کے ساتھ اپنے اور اپنے خاندان کے لیے روزگار کا ذریعہ پیدا کرنے کی جدوجہد کرتے ہیں، ان کے لیے کاروباری مواقع پیدا کرنا ایک قابلِ تحسین اور مثبت اقدام ہے۔

شاہد صراف نے کہا کہ لنڈا بازار میں کاروبار کرنے والے تاجروں کے لیے باقاعدہ مارکیٹ کا قیام انہیں باعزت کاروبار کے ساتھ مناسب، محفوظ اور منظم چھت فراہم کرنے کی جانب اہم قدم ہے۔ اس سے نہ صرف تاجروں کو کاروباری سہولیات میسر آئیں گی بلکہ شہریوں کو بھی بہتر اور نسبتاً منظم ماحول میں خریداری کی سہولت حاصل ہوگی۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ باہمی تعاون اور اجتماعی کوششوں سے شروع کیے جانے والے ایسے کاروباری منصوبے علاقے میں روزگار کے مواقع بڑھانے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔ اس طرح کے اقدامات محنت کش افراد کو اپنے خاندانوں کے لیے باعزت ذریعہ معاش جاری رکھنے کے قابل بناتے ہیں اور مقامی معیشت کو بھی تقویت ملتی ہے۔

شاہد صراف نے مارکیٹ کے منتظمین کو نئی کاروباری سرگرمی کے آغاز پر مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ معاشرے میں ایسے منصوبوں کی بھرپور حوصلہ افزائی ہونی چاہیے جو لوگوں کو روزگار، کاروبار اور باعزت معاشی سرگرمیوں کے مواقع فراہم کریں۔ انہوں نے امید ظاہر کی کہ نئی لنڈا مارکیٹ نہ صرف تاجروں بلکہ شہریوں کے لیے بھی مفید ثابت ہوگی۔

تقریب کے اختتام پر مولانا سعید نے کاروبار میں خیر و برکت، تاجروں کی خوشحالی، کامیابی اور علاقے کی ترقی کے لیے خصوصی دعا کرائی۔ شرکاء نے مارکیٹ کے قیام کو خوش آئند قرار دیتے ہوئے منتظمین کے لیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, August 21, 2026):Former Chairman of the Municipal Committee Gujar Khan, Shahid Sarraf, along with prominent political figure Shehzada Khan, formally inaugurated a newly established Landa Market on the Service Road near UBL Bank by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

The inauguration ceremony was hosted by Lala Taj and Ahmed Shah and was attended by prominent political, social and business personalities as well as a large number of local residents. Among those present were Mirza Khalid City Palace, Talat Sial, Shehzada Arbab, Raja Sajid, Yousaf Khan, Zameer Nabi Khan, Malik Javed Iqbal, Basit Khan and other notable figures.

The newly established market was beautifully decorated for the occasion, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors. The ceremony also featured a special prayer led by Maulana Saeed for prosperity, success and blessings in the businesses of the traders.

Speaking on the occasion, Shahid Sarraf said that Allah Almighty rewards those who work hard and honestly to earn a lawful livelihood. He appreciated the efforts aimed at creating employment and business opportunities for people who work with dedication and integrity to support themselves and their families.

He said that establishing the new Landa Market would provide traders with a respectable, organized and secure place to conduct their businesses. According to him, the initiative would not only facilitate traders but would also provide citizens with a better and more convenient environment for shopping.

Shahid Sarraf further said that joint business initiatives of this nature could contribute significantly to increasing employment opportunities in the area. Such projects, he added, enable hardworking people to continue earning a dignified livelihood and supporting their families through legitimate means.

He congratulated the organizers on the establishment of the market and emphasized that initiatives that create employment and provide people with opportunities for dignified business should be encouraged across society.

The ceremony concluded with a special prayer by Maulana Saeed for blessings and prosperity in the traders’ businesses, their well-being and the development and progress of the area. Participants expressed their appreciation for the establishment of the new market and conveyed their best wishes to its organizers and traders.
