Rawalpindi: DC Reviews Development Work and Healthcare Services at Holy Family Hospital

راولپنڈی (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — اکرام الحق قریشی |31جولائی 2026) — ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر (ہیڈکوارٹرز) عبدالرحمان خان نے ہولی فیملی ہسپتال راولپنڈی کا تفصیلی دورہ کیا تاکہ جاری ترقیاتی کاموں اور ہسپتال میں فراہم کی جانے والی طبی سہولیات کا جائزہ لیا جا سکے۔دورے کے دوران ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر (ہیڈکوارٹرز) نے ہسپتال میں جاری تعمیراتی اور سیوریج کے کاموں کا معائنہ کیا اور متعلقہ ٹھیکیدار کو ہدایت کی کہ تمام تعمیراتی اور سیوریج منصوبوں کو مقررہ مدت کے اندر اعلیٰ معیار کے ساتھ جلد از جلد مکمل کیا جائے تاکہ مریضوں اور عوام کو درپیش مشکلات کا خاتمہ ہو سکے۔
بعد ازاں انہوں نے ہسپتال کے مختلف شعبہ جات، جن میں ایمرجنسی وارڈ، میڈیکل وارڈز، سرجیکل وارڈز، آئی سی یو ، سی سی یو ، آپریشن تھیٹرز، لیبر روم، شعبہ اطفال، اور ٹراما اینڈ ایمرجنسی یونٹ شامل ہیں، کا تفصیلی معائنہ کیا۔

اس موقع پر انہوں نے زیر علاج مریضوں سے ملاقات کی، ان کی عیادت کی، علاج معالجہ اور دستیاب سہولیات کے بارے میں دریافت کیا اور ان کے مسائل سنے۔

ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر (ہیڈکوارٹرز) نے ڈاکٹروں، نرسوں اور پیرا میڈیکل سٹاف کی ڈیوٹی روسٹرز کا بھی جائزہ لیا تاکہ عملے کی حاضری اور دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ انہوں نے ایمرجنسی ادویات، آکسیجن سپلائی، وینٹی لیٹرز، طبی آلات، صفائی ستھرائی، سینیٹیشن، انفیکشن کنٹرول اقدامات اور ایمرجنسی سروسز کی مجموعی کارکردگی کا بھی معائنہ کیا۔
انہوں نے ہسپتال انتظامیہ کو ہدایت کی کہ مریضوں کو بہترین طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی، صفائی، نظم و ضبط، ایمرجنسی سروسز کی بلا تعطل دستیابی، ضروری ادویات اور طبی آلات کی مسلسل فراہمی کو ہر صورت یقینی بنایا جائے۔ مزید برآں انہوں نے ہسپتال میں جاری تمام ترقیاتی منصوبوں کی مسلسل نگرانی کرتے ہوئے انہیں جلد از جلد مکمل کرنے کی ہدایت کی تاکہ عوام کو بہتر اور معیاری طبی سہولیات فراہم کی جا سکیں۔

Rawalpindi (Pothwar.com – Ikram Ul Haq Qureshi | July 31, 2026): Additional Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters) Abdul Rehman Khan conducted a detailed visit to Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, to review the progress of ongoing development projects and assess the quality of healthcare services being provided to patients.

During the visit, he inspected the hospital’s ongoing construction and sewerage projects and directed the concerned contractor to complete all works within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining high quality standards. He stressed that the timely completion of these projects was essential to reduce inconvenience for patients and the general public.

The ADC also toured various hospital departments, including the Emergency Ward, Medical and Surgical Wards, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Operation Theatres, Labour Room, Paediatrics Department, and the Trauma and Emergency Unit.

He met with patients undergoing treatment, inquired about their health, sought feedback on the medical facilities being provided, and listened to their concerns.

Abdul Rehman Khan also reviewed the duty rosters of doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff to ensure adequate attendance and availability. He inspected emergency medicine stocks, oxygen supply, ventilators, medical equipment, cleanliness, sanitation, infection control measures, and the overall performance of emergency services.

He directed the hospital administration to ensure uninterrupted emergency services, maintain high standards of cleanliness and discipline, and guarantee the continuous availability of essential medicines and medical equipment. He further instructed officials to closely monitor all ongoing development projects and complete them at the earliest to provide improved and quality healthcare services to the public.
