Gujar Khan: Employment Support Initiative Brings Hope to Khokha-Affected Families

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام | 3 جولائی 2026): گوجرخان کے سن رائز سکول، سکھو روڈ میں “اپنا روزگار پروجیکٹ” کے تحت ایک پروقار تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس کی میزبانی معروف سماجی شخصیت امجد بشیر نے کی۔ تقریب میں گوجرخان اور گردونواح سے مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والی معزز شخصیات، سماجی کارکنوں اور شہریوں نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی، جس سے فلاحی سرگرمیوں اور معاشی خودمختاری کے فروغ کے لیے مقامی سطح پر پائے جانے والے جذبے کا اظہار ہوا۔

تقریب کی نمایاں خصوصیت کھوکھا آپریشن سے متاثرہ مستحق خاندانوں میں روزگار کے ذرائع فراہم کرنا تھی۔ راجہ جواد کی خصوصی کاوشوں سے تین مستحق افراد کو تین آٹو رکشے جبکہ دو افراد کو دو موٹر سائیکلیں فی سبیل اللہ فراہم کی گئیں تاکہ وہ باعزت طریقے سے اپنا روزگار شروع کر سکیں اور اپنے خاندانوں کی کفالت کے قابل بن سکیں۔

اس موقع پر مقررین نے اس فلاحی اقدام کو معاشی مشکلات کا شکار افراد کے لیے ایک عملی، مؤثر اور قابلِ تقلید منصوبہ قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وقتی مالی امداد کے بجائے روزگار کے مستقل ذرائع فراہم کرنا ضرورت مند خاندانوں کو خود کفیل بنانے کی جانب ایک اہم قدم ہے، جس سے وہ باعزت زندگی گزارنے کے قابل ہوتے ہیں۔

تقریب کے دوران جلیل کیانی اور راجہ جواد نے “اپنا روزگار پروجیکٹ” کے روحِ رواں ڈاکٹر سلیمان امجد کی خدمات کو زبردست خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ ڈاکٹر سلیمان امجد کی دور اندیش قیادت، سماجی خدمت کے جذبے اور انتھک محنت کے باعث یہ منصوبہ کامیابی سے ہمکنار ہوا، جس نے متعدد مستحق خاندانوں کے لیے امید کی نئی کرن روشن کی ہے۔

تقریب کے اختتام پر “اپنا روزگار پروجیکٹ” کی مزید کامیابی، وسعت اور استحکام کے لیے خصوصی دعا کی گئی۔ شرکاء نے امید ظاہر کی کہ اس نوعیت کے فلاحی منصوبے مستقبل میں بھی معاشرے کے کمزور اور مستحق طبقات کے لیے روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرتے ہوئے ان کی زندگیوں میں مثبت اور دیرپا تبدیلی کا ذریعہ بنتے رہیں گے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | July 03, 2026) — A special ceremony under the “Apna Rozgar Project” was held at Sun Rise School, Sukho Road, with the event graciously hosted by  Amjad Bashir. The gathering brought together a large number of respected individuals from various walks of life across Gujar Khan, reflecting the community’s strong commitment to social welfare and economic empowerment.

The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of livelihood support to families affected by the removal of roadside kiosks (Khokhas). Through the dedicated efforts of Raja Jawad, three auto-rickshaws and two motorcycles were donated free of cost (Fi Sabeelillah) to deserving beneficiaries. The vehicles are intended to help recipients establish sustainable sources of income and achieve financial independence.

Speaking on the occasion, participants praised the initiative as a practical and compassionate step towards supporting families facing economic hardship. They noted that providing income-generating assets, rather than short-term financial assistance, offers beneficiaries a lasting opportunity to rebuild their livelihoods with dignity.

During the ceremony, Jaleel Kiani and Raja Jawad paid glowing tribute to Dr. Suleman Amjad, the driving force behind the successful implementation of the Apna Rozgar Project. They commended his vision, dedication, and tireless efforts in launching an initiative that has brought renewed hope to deserving members of the community.

The event concluded with prayers for the continued success and expansion of the Apna Rozgar Project, with participants expressing optimism that similar welfare initiatives would continue to create employment opportunities and improve the lives of underprivileged families throughout the region.
