Gujar Khan: Survey Completed for Restoration of Kalyam Awan Access Road

کلیام اعوان,گوجر خان (پوٹھوارڈاٹ کام / 08 جون 2026): سابق وزیراعظم اور سینئر سیاسی رہنما راجہ پرویز اشرف کی ہدایت پر امیر اختر کی سربراہی میں ایک خصوصی ٹیم نے کلیام اعوان ریلوے پھاٹک سے رنگ روڈ کے پل کے نیچے تک جانے والے کچے راستے کا تفصیلی سروے مکمل کر لیا ہے۔

سروے کا مقصد اس اہم رابطہ سڑک کی بحالی اور بہتری کے لیے درکار اقدامات کا جائزہ لینا تھا، جو مقامی آبادی اور آنے جانے والے زائرین کے لیے ایک اہم گزرگاہ کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے۔ منصوبے سے وابستہ ذرائع کے مطابق سڑک کی بحالی کا عملی کام آئندہ ہفتے شروع ہونے کی توقع ہے۔

یہ اقدام اس لیے بھی اہم قرار دیا جا رہا ہے تاکہ شہنشاہ کلیام بابا فضل شاہ کلیامیؒ کے پیر و مرشد حضرت خواجہ حافظ محمد شریفؒ کے سالانہ عرس مبارک سے قبل رنگ روڈ کے پل کے نیچے سے ریلوے پھاٹک تک کچے راستے کو مکمل طور پر قابلِ استعمال بنایا جا سکے۔ سڑک کی بحالی سے عرس میں شرکت کے لیے آنے والے زائرین اور عقیدت مندوں کو آمدورفت میں سہولت میسر آئے گی اور ٹریفک کی روانی بھی بہتر ہوگی۔

علاقے کی مزید ترقی کے حوالے سے راجہ پرویز اشرف نے مقامی عوام کو یقین دہانی کرائی ہے کہ آئندہ بجٹ کی منظوری کے بعد برف خانہ سے کلیام اعوان تک سڑک کو پختہ اور جدید معیار کے مطابق تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔ اس دیرینہ مطالبے کی تکمیل سے نہ صرف سفری سہولیات بہتر ہوں گی بلکہ علاقے کی مجموعی ترقی اور معاشی سرگرمیوں کو بھی فروغ ملے گا۔

کلیام اعوان کے مکینوں نے اس پیش رفت کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے امید ظاہر کی ہے کہ راجہ پرویز اشرف حسبِ روایت علاقے کی خدمت کا سلسلہ جاری رکھیں گے۔ عوام نے اس اعتماد کا اظہار بھی کیا کہ برف خانہ تا کلیام اعوان سڑک کی پختگی کا وعدہ بھی جلد عملی شکل اختیار کرے گا، جس سے علاقے کے عوام کو دیرپا فوائد حاصل ہوں گے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com / June 08, 2026) — Acting on the instructions of former Prime Minister and senior political leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, a survey team led by Ameer Akhtar visited the area to assess the condition of the unpaved road stretching from the Kalyam Awan Railway Crossing to the area beneath the Ring Road bridge.

The survey was carried out to evaluate the necessary measures for the restoration and improvement of the road, which serves as an important access route for local residents and visitors. According to sources involved in the project, the restoration work is expected to commence next week.

The initiative aims to ensure that the road is fully rehabilitated before the annual Urs celebrations of Hazrat Khawaja Hafiz Muhammad Sharif, the spiritual guide of Shahenshah Kalyam Baba Fazal Shah Kalyami. The restoration of the route from the Ring Road bridge to the railway crossing is expected to facilitate smoother travel and provide greater convenience for devotees and visitors attending the religious event.

In a further commitment to the area’s development, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has reportedly assured local residents that, following the approval of the upcoming budget, the road connecting Baraf Khana to Kalyam Awan will be upgraded and converted into a fully paved road. This long-awaited project is expected to significantly improve transportation facilities and contribute to the overall development of the locality.
