گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام / 18 مئی 2026) —گوجرخان کے مصروف ترین علاقے ریلوے روڈ پر پیش آنے والے اندوہناک فائرنگ کے واقعہ میں معروف تاجر ملک محبوب حسین اور ان کے بھائی ملک محمود حسین کو قتل کر دیا گیا، جبکہ واقعہ کا مقدمہ تھانہ گوجرخان میں زیر دفعہ 302، 109 اور 34 ت پ کے تحت درج کر لیا گیا ہے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com – May 18, 2026) — Two well-known businessmen, Malik Mehboob Hussain and his brother Malik Mahmood Hussain, were shot dead in a tragic firing incident on the busy Railway Road area of Gujar Khan. Police have registered a murder case under sections 302, 109, and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code at the Gujar Khan Police Station.

پولیس نے مقدمہ مقتول ملک محبوب حسین کے بیٹے نعمان شہزاد کی مدعیت میں درج کرتے ہوئے ملزمان کی گرفتاری کیلئے کارروائی شروع کر دی ہے۔

The FIR was lodged on the complaint of Nauman Shehzad, son of the deceased Malik Mehboob Hussain. Police have started raids to arrest the nominated suspects.

FIR Registered in Malik Brothers Target Killing Case; Patwari Naseer’s Two Sons Nominated

ایف آئی آر کے مطابق ریلوے روڈ پر قائم“ایم حسین محبوب کریانہ مرچنٹ سٹور”پر نعمان شہزاد اپنے والد ملک محبوب حسین اور چچاؤں محمود حسین و شاہد حسین کے ہمراہ موجود تھا کہ شام تقریباً 4 بج کر 50 منٹ پر سرخ رنگ کی بغیر نمبر موٹر سائیکل پر سوار احسن نصیر اور معظم نصیر پسران نصیر احمد پٹواری موقع پر پہنچے۔ کہ معظم نصیر موٹر سائیکل سے اتر کر دکان کی طرف آیا اور آتے ہی ملک محبوب حسین کو للکارتے ہوئے کہا کہ“آج تمہیں میرے والد کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کروانے اور گرفتار کرانے کا مزہ چکھاتا ہوں”۔

According to the FIR, Nauman Shehzad was present at the “M Hussain Mehboob Grocery Merchant Store” located on Railway Road along with his father Malik Mehboob Hussain and uncles Mahmood Hussain and Shahid Hussain when, at around 4:50 PM, Ahsan Naseer and Moazzam Naseer, sons of Naseer Ahmad Patwari, arrived at the scene riding a red motorcycle without a registration number.

The FIR states that Moazzam Naseer got off the motorcycle and approached the shop. Upon arriving, he allegedly challenged Malik Mehboob Hussain and said, “Today I will make you pay for registering a case and getting my father arrested.”

مدعی کے مطابق اسی دوران معظم نصیر نے پستول 30 بور نکال کر فائرنگ شروع کر دی۔ فائر لگنے سے ملک محمود حسین شدید زخمی ہو کر گر پڑے جبکہ ملزم نے بعد ازاں کاؤنٹر کے قریب موجود ملک محبوب حسین پر بھی اندھا دھند فائرنگ کر دی جس کے نتیجے میں وہ موقع پر ہی دم توڑ گئے۔ واقعہ کے بعد ملزمان فائرنگ اور دھمکیاں دیتے ہوئے موٹر سائیکل پر فرار ہو گئے۔

The complainant stated that Moazzam Naseer then pulled out a .30 bore pistol and opened fire. Malik Mahmood Hussain was critically injured after being shot, while the attacker later turned his gun on Malik Mehboob Hussain, firing multiple shots at him near the counter. Malik Mehboob Hussain died on the spot. After the attack, the suspects allegedly fled the scene on the motorcycle while continuing aerial firing and issuing threats.

زخمیوں کو فوری طور پر تحصیل ہیڈکوارٹر ہسپتال گوجرخان منتقل کیا گیا جہاں ملک محمود حسین بھی زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے جاں بحق ہو گئے۔ ایف آئی آر میں مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ چند روز قبل پیش آنے والے ٹریفک حادثہ کے مقدمہ اور اس میں نصیر احمد پٹواری کی گرفتاری کی رنجش پر یہ قتل کیا گیا۔

The injured were shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Gujar Khan, where Malik Mahmood Hussain later succumbed to his injuries. According to the FIR, the killings were motivated by a personal grudge linked to a recent traffic accident case in which Naseer Ahmad Patwari had been arrested.

پولیس کے مطابق مقدمہ درج کر کے ملزمان کی گرفتاری کیلئے چھاپے مارے جا رہے ہیں جبکہ واقعہ کے بعد علاقے میں خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا۔

Police officials said that raids are underway to arrest the accused, while fear and panic spread across the area following the double murder.

Meanwhile, the funeral prayers of Malik Mehboob Hussain and Malik Mahmood Hussain were offered amid scenes of grief and sorrow, with a large number of residents attending the funeral.

گوجر خان میں دو افراد کے قتل کے واقعہ پر سی پی او سید خالد محمود ہمدانی کا نوٹس, ایس پی صدر سے رپورٹ طلب ,مقتولین کی شناخت محبوب اور محمود کے نام سے ہوئی، دونوں آپس میں بھائی ہیں، واقعہ کی اطلاع پر ایس ایس پی آپریشنز، اے ایس پی گوجرخان اور گوجر خان پولیس موقع پر موجود ہے،ابتدائی تحقیقات کے مطابق ملزم نے ٹریفک ایکسیڈنٹ کا مقدمہ درج کروانے کی رنجش میں مقتولین کو فائرنگ کر کے قتل کیا،
واقعہ کی تحقیقات کی جا رہی ہیں، موقع سے شواہد اکٹھے کئے جا رہے ہیں، واقعہ میں ملوث ملزم کو گرفتار کر کے قانون کے کٹہرے میں کھڑا کیا جائے گا،

Following the incident, Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani, the City Police Officer (CPO), took notice of the killings and sought a report from the SP Saddar. Senior police officials, including the SSP Operations and ASP Gujar Khan, visited the crime scene.

Police said initial investigations suggest the murders were carried out due to resentment over the registration of the earlier traffic accident case. Authorities added that evidence is being collected from the scene and vowed that those responsible would be arrested and brought to justice.
