گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام / 01مئی 2026) — راولپنڈی رنگ روڈ کی ناقص تعمیرات کے حوالے سے ویڈیو سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہوگئی۔کلیام اعوان کے قریب موہڑہ لمیاں کے قریب رنگ روڈ کی پلی کے کنکریٹ جوڑ کھل گے ہیں۔جبکہ ڈینگی سیزن شروع ہے اور پلی کے نیچے چار سے پانچ فٹ پانی کا جوہڑنما تالاب بنا ہوا ہے۔شہریوں نےوزیر اعلی پنجاب، کمشنر راولپنڈی ڈویژن،ایف ڈبلیو او اوردیگر اداروں سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ صورتحال کا نوٹس لیا جائے۔ابھی رنگ روڈ آپریشنل نہیں ہوئی۔اگر تعمیرات کا یہ معیار ہے تو آپریشنل ہونے کے بعد کیا بنے گا۔ادھر کمشنر راولپنڈی ڈویژن عامر خٹک نے راولپنڈی رنگ روڈ کے حوالے سے اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ رنگ روڈ پراجیکٹ کی مجموعی پیش رفت 85 فیصد مکمل ہو چکی ہے جبکہ یہ38اعشاریہ3کلومیٹر طویل منصوبہ جڑواں شہروں کے لیے گیم چینجر ثابت ہوگا۔ موجودہ حالات کے باعث میٹریل کی فراہمی میں درپیش مسائل اور پانی کی سطح میں اضافہ منصوبے میں تاخیر کا سبب بن رہے ہیں۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com / April 31, 2026) — A video highlighting alleged poor construction work on the Rawalpindi Ring Road has gone viral on social media, raising serious concerns among residents.

According to reports, near Mohra Lammian, close to Kalyam Awan, the concrete joints of a bridge structure on the Ring Road have reportedly started to come apart. The situation has further alarmed locals as stagnant water, measuring approximately four to five feet deep, has accumulated beneath the bridge, forming a pond-like structure—posing potential risks amid the ongoing dengue season.

Residents have called upon the Punjab Chief Minister, the Rawalpindi Commissioner, Frontier Works Organisation (FWO), and other relevant authorities to take immediate notice of the situation. Citizens expressed concern that the project has not yet become operational, questioning the future durability and safety standards if such issues are emerging at this stage.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khattak, while chairing a meeting regarding the Ring Road project, stated that overall progress has reached approximately 85 percent. He noted that the 38.3-kilometre-long project is expected to be a game-changer for the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

However, he also acknowledged that challenges such as material supply disruptions and rising water levels have contributed to delays in the project’s completion.
