Gujar Khan: Fake Property Registrations Scandal Emerges; Citizen Seeks Action from Authorities

گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام / 16 مارچ 2026) — گوجر خان میں مبینہ طور پر جعلی رجسٹریوں کے ذریعے شہریوں کی قیمتی جائیدادیں ہتھیانے کا معاملہ سامنے آیا ہے جس کے بعد مقامی آبادی میں شدید تشویش پائی جا رہی ہے۔ ایک شہری نے متعلقہ حکام سے رجوع کرتے ہوئے مشتبہ جعلی رجسٹری کی منسوخی اور اس میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق شہری عبید علی ملک نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل اینٹی کرپشن اسٹیبلشمنٹ پنجاب لاہور اور اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوجر خان کو تحریری درخواست جمع کرا دی ہے جس میں معاملے کی مکمل تحقیقات اور ذمہ دار افراد کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کرنے کی استدعا کی گئی ہے۔
درخواست میں عبید علی ملک نے مؤقف اختیار کیا ہے کہ موضع بھگانہ گوجر خان میں حال ہی میں ایک زمین کی رجسٹری کرائی گئی ہے جو بقول ان کے مکمل طور پر جعلی ہے۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ مذکورہ زمین ان کے آبا و اجداد کی ملکیت ہے اور علاقے کے لوگوں کو بھی اس زمین کی اصل ملکیت کے بارے میں بخوبی علم ہے۔
انہوں نے الزام لگایا کہ جن افراد نے زمین کی رجسٹری کروائی ہے ان کے پاس اس زمین کی ملکیت کے حوالے سے نہ کوئی قانونی دستاویز موجود ہے، نہ فرد ملکیت اور نہ ہی زمین پر ان کا قبضہ ہے۔ عبید علی ملک کے مطابق تحصیل آفس گوجر خان میں موجود ریکارڈ کے مطابق بھی رجسٹری کروانے والی پارٹی کے پاس ملکیت کا کوئی ثبوت موجود نہیں ہے۔
درخواست گزار نے مزید الزام عائد کیا کہ یہ رجسٹری مبینہ طور پر ملی بھگت اور جعل سازی کے ذریعے کروائی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ اس مبینہ جعلی رجسٹری کو فوری طور پر منسوخ کیا جائے اور اس پورے معاملے میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔
اس حوالے سے اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوجر خان خضر ظہور گوراہیہ نے موقف دیتے ہوئے بتایا کہ انہیں اس معاملے سے متعلق درخواست موصول ہو چکی ہے اور اس کی مکمل جانچ پڑتال کی جا رہی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ
“میرے پاس درخواست آ چکی ہے اور ہم پورے معاملے کا جائزہ لے رہے ہیں۔ اگر رجسٹری جعلی ثابت ہوئی تو اسے منسوخ کر دیا جائے گا اور ذمہ دار افراد کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کی جائے گی۔”
دوسری جانب علاقے کے پٹواری کا بھی کہنا ہے کہ متنازعہ رجسٹری پر نہ تو اس کے دستخط موجود ہیں اور نہ ہی اس کی سرکاری مہر لگی ہوئی ہے، جس سے اس دستاویز کی صداقت پر مزید سوالات اٹھ گئے ہیں۔
ادھر مقامی شہریوں کا کہنا ہے کہ گوجر خان کچہری میں مبینہ طور پر ایک جعل ساز گروہ سرگرم ہے جو جعلی دستاویزات تیار کر کے لوگوں کی قیمتی جائیدادوں کو غیر قانونی طریقے سے ہتھیانے اور فروخت کرنے کے دھندے میں ملوث ہے۔
شہریوں کے مطابق اس طرح کی سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے کئی افراد کو شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ رہا ہے اور بعض لوگ اپنی جائز جائیداد سے بھی محروم ہو چکے ہیں۔
علاقہ مکینوں نے اعلیٰ حکام سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ اس مبینہ جعل ساز گروہ کے خلاف فوری اور سخت کارروائی کی جائے، مکمل تحقیقات کر کے ذمہ دار عناصر کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے اور شہریوں کی جائیدادوں کو محفوظ بنانے کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کیے جائیں تاکہ زمینوں کی رجسٹری کے نظام پر عوام کا اعتماد بحال ہو سکے۔
Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com / March 16, 2026) — A serious case involving alleged fake property registrations has surfaced in Gujar Khan, raising concerns among residents about the security of their valuable land and property rights. A local citizen has formally approached authorities, requesting the cancellation of a suspected forged land registry and legal action against those involved in the alleged fraud.
According to details, a written application has been submitted to the Director General of the Anti-Corruption Establishment, Punjab, in Lahore and the Assistant Commissioner of Gujar Khan, urging them to investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action.
In his application, Ubaid Ali Malik stated that a disputed land registry was recently carried out in Mauza Bhagana, Gujar Khan, which he claims is fraudulent. He said the land in question has belonged to his ancestors for generations and that the ownership of the property is well known among local residents.
Malik alleged that the individuals who conducted the registry do not possess any legal ownership documents, land record extract (fard), or physical possession of the property. He further claimed that officials in the Tehsil Office, Gujar Khan, including the Sub-Registrar and Naib Tehsildar, have no record verifying ownership by the party that registered the land.
According to the complaint, the registry was allegedly carried out through collusion and document forgery. Malik has demanded that the allegedly fake registry be immediately cancelled and that strict legal action be taken against all individuals involved in the process.
Responding to the matter, Assistant Commissioner Khizar Zahoor Goraya confirmed that his office has received the application and that the case is under review.
“The application has reached my office, and we are examining the entire matter. If the registry is found to be fake, it will be cancelled,d and strict action will be taken against those responsible,” he said in a statement.
The local Patwari of the area has also reportedly stated that neither his official stamp nor signature appears on the disputed documents, further raising doubts about the authenticity of the registry.
Meanwhile, several citizens have expressed concern over what they describe as an active forgery network operating within the Gujar Khan court complex. According to residents, the alleged group is involved in preparing fake documents to illegally seize and sell valuable properties belonging to unsuspecting landowners.
Locals say such activities are causing serious problems for residents, with some reportedly losing their rightful property due to fraudulent documentation and illegal transactions.
Residents have called on the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and take strict action against the alleged forgery gang in order to protect citizens from property fraud and restore confidence in the land registration system.
