Gujar Khan: Special Meeting of Inqalabi Union Zone Gujar Khan Held at Mandra Railway Station

گوجرخان ( پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام | 20 جنوری 2026) — ریلوے اسٹیشن مندرہ میں انقلابی یونین زون گوجرخان کا ایک خصوصی اجلاس سرپرستِ اعلیٰ زون گوجرخان جناب حمزہ صبور بٹ کی صدارت میں منعقد ہوا۔ اجلاس میں مرکزی عہدیدار راجہ عمران اور ڈویژنل چیف آرگنائزر لالہ پرویز نے خصوصی شرکت کی۔

اجلاس میں زونل صدر چوہدری وحید، مرکزی عہدیدار و زونل جنرل سیکرٹری جابر بھٹی، راجہ شاہد، عبدالرشید بھٹی، محمد عرفان، چوہدری عاصم، اسلام دین، مناظر چٹھہ، اسداللہ، محمد شفیق، سید منیب شاہ، چیئرمین محمد افضل سمیت بڑی تعداد میں ریلوے ورکرز نے بھرپور شرکت کی۔

اجلاس کے دوران آئندہ دنوں میں انقلابی یونین کے پلیٹ فارم سے بھرپور جدوجہد شروع کرنے کے عزم کا اظہار کیا گیا۔ ریلوے ملازمین کو درپیش مسائل، بالخصوص بنیادی تنخواہوں میں اضافے، پے اسکیل کی اپ گریڈیشن اور دیگر دیرینہ مطالبات پر تفصیلی غور کیا گیا۔

اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سرپرستِ اعلیٰ حمزہ صبور بٹ، مرکزی رہنما راجہ عمران اور زونل چیف آرگنائزر لالہ پرویز نے پاکستان ریلوے کے شاندار ماضی پر روشنی ڈالی اور کہا کہ یہ ادارہ ملک کے سب سے بڑے اداروں میں سے ایک ہے جو ایک لاکھ سے زائد محنت کشوں کے خاندانوں کا ذریعہ معاش ہے۔ انہوں نے ریلوے کو کمزور کرنے والی قوتوں پر شدید تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایسے عناصر کا راستہ روکنا وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے۔ مقررین نے نچلے سکیل کے ملازمین کی بنیادی ضروریات کے مطابق تنخواہوں اور مختلف الاؤنسز میں اضافے پر زور دیا۔

مقررین نے اعلان کیا کہ آئندہ اجلاس میں وفاقی وزیر ریلوے جناب حنیف عباسی سمیت دیگر اعلیٰ حکام کو مندرہ مدعو کیا جائے گا اور مزدوروں کے جائز مطالبات منوانے کے لیے انقلابی یونین کے پلیٹ فارم سے تحریک چلائی جائے گی۔

اجلاس کے اختتام پر ریٹائرڈ ہونے والے ریلوے ملازمین کو ان کی گراں قدر خدمات کے اعتراف میں زبردست خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا گیا اور انہیں خصوصی شیلڈز اور یادگاری تحائف دیے گئے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com:  | January 20, 2026)– A special meeting of the Inqalabi Union Zone, Gujar Khan, was held at Mandrah Railway Station under the chairmanship of the Patron-in-Chief of Zone Gujar Khan, Mr Hamza Saboor Butt. The meeting witnessed the special participation of central office-bearer Raja Imran and Divisional Chief Organiser Lala Parvez.

Prominent participants included Zonal President Chaudhry Waheed, Central Office-Bearer and Zonal General Secretary Jabir Bhatti, Raja Shahid, Abdul Rasheed Bhatti, Muhammad Irfan, Chaudhry Aasim, Islam Din, Manazir Chattha, Asadullah, Muhammad Shafiq, Syed Muneeb Shah, Chairman Muhammad Afzal, along with a large number of railway workers who attended the session enthusiastically.

During the meeting, a strong resolve was expressed to launch a vigorous struggle under the platform of the Inqalabi Union in the coming days. Detailed discussions were held on key issues faced by railway workers, including the increase in basic salaries, the upgradation of pay scales, and the resolution of other longstanding problems.

Addressing the gathering, Patron-in-Chief Hamza Saboor Butt, Central Leader Raja Imran, and Zonal Chief Organiser Lala Parvez highlighted the glorious history of Pakistan Railways, describing it as one of the country’s largest institutions and a vital organisation supporting the livelihoods of more than 100,000 workers. They strongly criticised elements attempting to weaken the institution and emphasised the need to stop such actions. The speakers stressed increasing salaries in line with the basic needs of employees in lower pay scales, as well as enhancing various allowances to provide relief to workers.

The speakers further announced that the next meeting would invite the Federal Minister for Railways, Mr Hanif Abbasi, along with other senior officials, to Mandrah. They reaffirmed their commitment to play an active role and to launch a movement through the Inqalabi Union platform to ensure the acceptance of workers’ legitimate demands.

At the conclusion of the meeting, retired railway employees were paid rich tribute for their valuable services. Special shields and commemorative gifts were presented to them in recognition of their dedication and contributions to Pakistan Railways.
