Gujar Khan: Veteran Educationist Mumtaz Ali Bhatti Retires; Grand Farewell Ceremony Held in Qazian

گوجر خان (پوٹھوارڈاٹ کام | 27 فروری 2026) — گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول قاضیاں کے ہیڈ ماسٹر ممتاز علی بھٹی طویل اور شاندار تدریسی خدمات سرانجام دینے کے بعد محکمۂ تعلیم سے ریٹائر ہو گئے۔ ان کے اعزاز میں اعظم فورٹ مارکی، حبیب چوک میں ایک پروقار اور شاندار الوداعی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس میں بڑی تعداد میں ماہرینِ تعلیم، سرکاری افسران اور معززینِ علاقہ نے شرکت کر کے ان کی گراں قدر خدمات کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا۔

تقریب میں چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر (سی ای او) ضلع راولپنڈی کے علاوہ محکمۂ تعلیم کے اعلیٰ افسران، مختلف سرکاری تعلیمی اداروں کے ہیڈ ماسٹر صاحبان، اساتذۂ کرام، ٹیچر یونین اور ٹیچر ایسوسی ایشنز کے نمائندگان نے شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر زندگی کے مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والی ممتاز شخصیات اور مقامی کمیونٹی کے معزز افراد بھی موجود تھے۔

مقررین نے اپنے خطابات میں ممتاز علی بھٹی کی تعلیمی میدان میں بے مثال خدمات کو سراہتے ہوئے انہیں ایک مخلص، باکردار، باصلاحیت اور وژنری ماہرِ تعلیم قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ممتاز علی بھٹی نے اپنی پیشہ ورانہ زندگی تعلیمی معیار کی بہتری اور طلبہ کی کردار سازی کے لیے وقف کیے رکھی۔ مقررین نے ان کی قائدانہ صلاحیتوں، انتظامی مہارت اور گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول قاضیاں میں تعلیمی معیار کو بلند کرنے کے لیے مسلسل کاوشوں کو خصوصی طور پر اجاگر کیا۔

سی ای او ضلع راولپنڈی نے اپنے خطاب میں ممتاز علی بھٹی کی محکمۂ تعلیم کے لیے طویل خدمات کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہوئے ان کی ریٹائرمنٹ کو ضلع کی تعلیمی برادری کے لیے ایک اہم لمحہ قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے امید ظاہر کی کہ آئندہ آنے والے اساتذہ بھی ان کی دیانت، خلوص اور پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیتوں کو اپنا مشعلِ راہ بنائیں گے۔

اپنے الوداعی خطاب میں ممتاز علی بھٹی نے ساتھی اساتذہ، طلبہ اور اہلِ علاقہ کا اپنے کیریئر کے دوران تعاون اور اعتماد پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے محکمۂ تعلیم کا بھی خصوصی طور پر شکریہ ادا کیا جس نے انہیں معاشرے کی خدمت کے مواقع فراہم کیے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ تدریس محض ایک ملازمت نہیں بلکہ ایک مقدس فریضہ ہے جس کا مقصد قوم کے مستقبل کو سنوارنا ہے۔

تقریب کے اختتام پر ریٹائر ہونے والے ہیڈ ماسٹر کو ان کی شاندار خدمات کے اعتراف میں شیلڈز، گلدستے اور یادگاری تحائف پیش کیے گئے۔ شرکاء نے ان کی صحت، خوشیوں اور کامیاب بعد از ریٹائرمنٹ زندگی کے لیے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کیا۔

A grand and dignified farewell ceremony was organised in his honour at Azam Fort Marquee, Habib Chowk, where a large number of educationists, officials, and community members gathered to pay tribute to his remarkable career.

The ceremony was attended by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the District Rawalpindi, along with senior officers of the Education Department, headmasters of various government institutions, teachers, and representatives of teachers’ unions and teachers’ associations. Speakers on the occasion lauded Mumtaz Ali Bhatti for his outstanding services to the field of education.
