Kallar Syedan: Case Registered Against Six, Over Assault on Rickshaw Driver

کلر سیداں (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم — اکرام الحق قریشی |22، جنوری، 2026ء)گزشتہ روز کلرسیداں دھانگلی روڈ پر موہڑہ دھیال میں رکشہ ڈرائیور پر متعدد افراد کے تشدد نے نیا رخ اختیار کر لیا پولیس نے چار حقیقی بھائیوں سمیت 6 ملزمان کے خلاف ڈکیتی کا مقدمہ درج کرلیا۔رکشہ ڈرائیور جازب حسین سکنہ سہوٹ بدھال نے کلرسیداں پولیس کو تحریری درخواست میں بتایا کہ وہ اپنے گاؤں سے بکنگ پر سواریاں کلرسیداں لے جارھا تھا کہ موہڑہ دھیال میں ملزمان نے روک کر تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا اور مجھ سے 37 ہزار 8 سو روپے کی نقدی اور موبائل چھین لیا اور فرار ہو گئے کلرسیداں پولیس نے گلفراز،سرفراز،فیصل،فدا، وحید اقبال سکنہ سہوٹ سمیت ایک نامعلوم ملزم کیخلاف مقدمہ درج کر لیا۔ یہ واقعہ دن کے وقت پیش ایا حملہ اوروں نے نقاب بھی نہیں پہن رکھے تھے بظاہر یہ مار پیٹ کا واقعہ تھا جس کے بعد پولیس نے ڈکیتی کی واردات کے نام پر مقدمہ درج کر لیا جس میں ملزمان نے سینتیس ہزار اٹھ سو روپے اور موبائل بھی چھینا یے جبکہ دوسرے فریق کا موقف یے کہ جھگڑا ضرور ہوا مگر اسے ڈکیتی قرار دینا سراسر زیادتی ہے اعلی حکام اس بابت انکوائری کر لیں تاکہ انصاف کے تقاضے پورے ہو سکیں۔

An incident involving the assault of a rickshaw driver on Dhangli Road in Mohra Dhyal, Kallar Syedan, has taken a new turn as police have registered a robbery case against six accused, including four real brothers.

According to details, rickshaw driver Jazib Hussain, a resident of Sehote Budhal, submitted a written complaint to Kallar Syedan Police stating that he was transporting passengers on a booking from his village to Kallar Syedan when the accused intercepted him at Mohra Dhyal. He alleged that the suspects assaulted him, forcibly snatched Rs. 37,800 in cash and a mobile phone, and then fled the scene.

Following the complaint, Kallar Syedan Police registered a case against Gulfraz, Sarfraz, Faisal, Fida, Waheed Iqbal, all residents of Sehote, along with one unidentified suspect.

The incident reportedly occurred during daylight hours, and the assailants were not wearing masks. Initially, the matter appeared to be a physical altercation; however, police later registered it as a robbery case.

Meanwhile, the opposing party has claimed that although a dispute did occur, labelling the incident as a robbery is unjustified. They have appealed to senior authorities to conduct a fair inquiry into the matter to ensure justice and transparency. Police have initiated further investigation into the case.
