Gujar Khan: Traders of Khokha Bazaar Sign Tenancy Agreement with Gujjar Khan Municipality

گوجر خان (پوٹھوہار ڈاٹ کام، 07 فروری 2025) – گوجر خان کے مقامی تاجروں کے لیے ایک اہم پیش رفت کے تحت، کھوکھا بازار کے دکانداروں نے باضابطہ طور پر بلدیہ گوجر خان کے ساتھ کرایہ داری معاہدے کر لیے ہیں۔ یہ کامیابی کھوکھا یونین کی خصوصی کاوشوں کا نتیجہ ہے، جس نے مذاکرات میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا اور تاجروں کے لیے قانونی تحفظ کو یقینی بنایا۔

کھوکھا مالکان نے ضروری دستاویزات فراہم کر کے پانچ سالہ معاہدے حاصل کر لیے ہیں، جس کے تحت وہ قانونی پیچیدگیوں سے محفوظ رہیں گے۔ اس موقع پر کھوکھا یونین کے صدر مرزا تیمور وارثی اور میڈیا ایڈوائزر مرزا شعبان نے کہا کہ تقریباً 315 کھوکھا مالکان نے معاہدہ مکمل کر کے کرایہ کی ادائیگی شروع کر دی ہے۔

معاہدے کے تحت کھوکھا مالکان کو طویل مدتی تحفظ فراہم کیا گیا ہے، جس سے وہ بے دخلی یا دیگر قانونی مسائل سے محفوظ رہ سکیں گے۔

دستخطی تقریب کے دوران، کھوکھا یونین کے صدر مرزا تیمور وارثی اور میڈیا ایڈوائزر مرزا شعبان نے تاجروں سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے اس معاہدے کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ معاہدہ کھوکھا تاجروں کے لیے استحکام اور تحفظ کی نئی راہ ہموار کرے گا، جو کافی عرصے سے غیر یقینی صورتحال میں کام کر رہے تھے۔

مقامی کاروباری حضرات نے کھوکھا یونین کی مسلسل کوششوں پر اطمینان اور شکریہ کا اظہار کیا اور کہا کہ یہ معاہدہ انہیں مالی تحفظ فراہم کرے گا اور وہ اپنے کاروبار کو کسی بھی غیر متوقع خطرے کے بغیر جاری رکھ سکیں گے۔

بلدیہ گوجر خان نے اس پیش رفت کا خیر مقدم کرتے ہوئے اسے شہری منصوبہ بندی اور بلدیاتی ریونیو میں بہتری کی جانب ایک اہم قدم قرار دیا۔ بلدیہ کے حکام نے یقین دہانی کرائی کہ معاہدے کے تحت تاجروں کے حقوق مکمل طور پر محفوظ رہیں گے اور انہیں سازگار کاروباری ماحول فراہم کرنے کی کوششیں جاری رکھی جائیں گی۔

یہ معاہدہ تاجروں اور بلدیہ دونوں کے لیے فائدہ مند ثابت ہوگا، جس سے کرایہ کی ادائیگی کا منظم نظام قائم ہوگا اور چھوٹے کاروباری حضرات قانونی طریقے سے اپنا کاروبار چلا سکیں گے۔ کھوکھا یونین نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا ہے کہ وہ مستقبل میں بھی اپنے اراکین کے مفادات کے تحفظ کے لیے کام کرتی رہے گی اور متعلقہ حکام کے ساتھ تعاون جاری رکھے گی۔
