Rawat: Graves Desecrated by Land Mafia in Centuries-Old Cemetery, Police Launch Investigation

روات–(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، اکرام الحق قریشی،23، ستمبر، 2024ء ) –قبضہ مافیا نے سینکڑوں برس قدیمی قبرستان پر ہیوی مشینری کی مدد سے قبریں مسمار کردیں جا بجا انسانی ہڈیاں بکھری پڑی ہیں انتظامیہ ستو پی پر سوئی ہوئی ہےڈہوک قاضیاں تخت پڑی کے سجادہ نشین قاضی محمد عمران نے تھانہ روات کو درخواست دی کہ عثمان نے دیگر 8/10 افراد کے ہمراہ ہیوی مشینری لگا کر ہمارے قدیمی قبرستان پر قبضہ کے لیئے تمام قبروں کو مسمار کر کے انتہائی ذیادتی کی ہے ہمارے منع کرنے پر اتشیں اسلحہ سے مسلح ملزمان نے جان سے مارنے کی دھمکیاں دیں ان لوگوں کے خلاف کاروائی کی جائے روات پولیس نے ملزمان کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کر کے تفتیش شروع کر دی۔

Rawat – (Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, September 23, 2024) – A centuries-old cemetery was desecrated by a land mafia using heavy machinery, destroying graves and scattering human remains across the area.

The local administration remains inactive. The custodian of the Dhok Qazian Takht Pari shrine, Qazi Muhammad Imran, lodged a complaint at Rawat Police Station.

He reported that Usman, along with 8 to 10 accomplices, used heavy machinery to demolish all the graves in an attempt to seize the land. When they tried to intervene, the armed assailants threatened to kill them.

The Rawat police have registered a case against the accused and have begun an investigation.
