ابتدائی اطلاعات کے مطابق جوڑے کے درمیان معمولی جھگڑا ہوا جو تیزی سے بڑھ گیا۔ طیش میں آکر بیوی نے مبینہ طور پر اپنے شوہر زاہد محمود پر لوہے کی راڈ سے حملہ کردیا جس کے نتیجے میں وہ جاں بحق ہوگیا۔ ہنگامہ آرائی سن کر پڑوسی جائے وقوعہ پر پہنچے لیکن بدقسمتی سے متاثرہ کو بچانے میں بہت دیر ہو چکی تھی۔
مقامی حکام کو فوری طور پر مطلع کیا گیا اور تحقیقات کے لیے جائے وقوعہ پر پہنچ گئے۔ خاتون کو حراست میں لے لیا گیا، اور اس افسوسناک واقعے کی اصل وجوہات کا تعین کرنے کے لیے تفتیش جاری ہے۔ متوفی کی لاش کو پوسٹ مارٹم کے لیے بھیج دیا گیا ہے۔

According to initial reports, the couple had a minor argument that quickly escalated. In a fit of rage, the wife allegedly attacked her husband, Zahid Mahmood with iron rod, resulting in his death. Neighbours who heard the commotion rushed to the scene, but unfortunately, it was too late to save the victim.
