London: Pakistani Government decision not to issue Pakistani passports to asylum seekers abroad

لندن (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام محمد نصیر راجہ، 16, جون، 2024) – بیرون وطن موجود پاکستانی ڈائس پورہ کے ایک بڑے حصے نے حکومت کی جانب سے اسائلم سیکرز کیلئے پاکستانی پاسپورٹ جاری کرنے کی پابندی کے فیصلے پر شدید تنقید کی ہے۔ پاکستانی ڈائسپورہ نے اس عمل کو دیار غیر میں موجود پاکستانیوں کی زندگی کو مزید خطرات میں دھکیلنے کے مترادف قرار دیا۔ انہوں نےکہاکہ ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی حکومت سے لے کر آج تک بیرون ملک سے زرمبادلہ کما کر لانے کے نام پر ، ملک کے اندر پہلے تو ایک ماحول بنایا گیا اور اسے بڑے فخر سے بیان کرتے ہوئے اس کی حوصلہ افزائی کی گئی لیکن دوسری جانب ملک کی معاشی خراب حالت کے سبب جب بہت سے نوجوان باہر نکلے ہیں تو اب ان کی شہریت ہی سے انکار کرکے انہیں غلط لوگوں کیلئے تر نوالہ بنا دیا گیا ہے۔ دوسری جانب ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ اس اقدام کا مقصد بڑی تعداد میں موجود پاکستانی اسائلم سیکرز کے سبب پاکستان کی شہرت کو پہنچنے والے نقصان کو کم کرنا ہے کیونکہ جو شخص بھی پاکستان کے باہر اپنا اسائلم کیس کرواتا ہے تو وہ اس کیلئے پاکستان اور پاکستانی حکومت کے اقدامات کو مورد الزام ٹھہراتا ہے۔ یہ سلسلہ ایک طویل عرصے سے جاری ہے ۔ دوسری جانب پاکستان نے یورپین یونین سے ری ایڈمشن ایگریمنٹ بھی سائن کر رکھا ہے جس کے باعث اس سے اپنے غیر مقیم شہری واپس لینے کا تقاضا کیا جاتا ہے لیکن اسائلم سیکرز ایک ملک میں اپنی اپیل جمع کروانے کے بعد کسی دوسرے ملک میں شفٹ ہوجاتے ہیں اور وہاں کی ایمبیسی سے گمشدگی کی رپورٹ دکھا کر نیا پاسپورٹ حاصل کرنے کے بعد نیا کیس اپلائی کر دیتے ہیں جو ملک کی شہرت کیلئے مسلسل نقصان دہ ثابت ہو رہا ہے۔ ذرائع کے ان دلائل کے جواب میں پاکستانی ڈائس پورہ کا کہنا یہ ہے کہ جس ملک کے دو بڑے آئینی عہدیدار یعنی صدر مملکت اور وزیراعظم اپنی غیر ملکی رہائش گاہوں کے سبب خود غیر مستقل اوورسیز ہوں اور اپنا ہر برا وقت ملک سے باہر جاکر گزارتے ہوں انہیں اپنے دیگر ہم وطنوں کے متعلق کوئی بھی فیصلہ کرتے ہوئے ایک بڑی مشاورت کا اہتمام ضرور کر لینا چاہئے تھا۔

they said that from Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s government till today, in the name of earning foreign exchange from abroad, an environment was first created inside the country and it was encouraged by describing it with great pride, but on the other hand, the country When many young people have left due to the poor economic condition of the country, now they have been denied citizenship and have been turned into a breeding ground for the wrong people.

On the other hand, the sources say that the purpose of this initiative is to reduce the damage to the reputation of Pakistan due to the large number of Pakistani asylum seekers because whoever files his asylum case outside Pakistan, Blames the actions of the government.

This series has been going on for a long time. On the other hand, Pakistan has also signed the Readmission Agreement with the European Union, which requires it to take back its non-resident citizens, but asylum seekers are shifted to another country after submitting their appeal in one country.

After getting a new passport by showing the missing report from the embassy there, they apply for a new case which is proving to be harmful to the reputation of the country.

In response to these arguments of the sources, the Pakistani diaspora says that the two major constitutional officials of the country, i.e. the President and the Prime Minister, are non-permanent overseas because of their foreign residences and spend their bad times outside the country. They should have organized a large consultation while taking any decision.
