ینب کیس نے پورے ملک کوہلا کررکھ دیاتھا، ابھی اس کی بازگشت ختم نہ ہوئی تھی کہ تھانہ روات کے علاقے میں واقع سفاری ولاز بحریہ ٹاؤن میں حقیقی ماموں کی اپنی دوکم سن بھانجیوں کے ساتھ زیادتی کے مقدمے نے لوگوں کوغم وغصے میں مبتلا کردیا۔ نہ جانے کتنے عرصے سے ملزم اپنی ننھی منی بھانجیوں کواپنی ہوس کانشانہ بنارہاہے۔
وہ روروکراپنی والدہ کوبتاتی رہیں کہ ماموں ہم سے زیادتی کرتاہے لیکن والدہ زیادتی کوشاید زبانی سختی ہی سمجھتی رہی۔ نازیہ اقبال پشتوکی گلوکارہ ہے، جس نے 13سال قبل جاویدولد بادام گل سے شادی کی اور اس کے چاربچے ہیں۔ 21اپریل بروز ہفتہ صبح8بجے جب نازیہ اپنے بچوں کو ناشتا دینے کے لئے اٹھی تواسے پاس والے کمرے سے چھوٹی بچی جوکہ دوسری جماعت کی طالبہ ہے، کے رونے کی آواز آئی۔
اس نے دروازہ کھول کردیکھا تو اس کابھائی اور بچی کاماموں افتخار علی ولد اقبال علی ساکن سوات قابل اعتراض حالت میں تھا اور بچی بری طرح رورہی تھی مگریہ حیوان بناہواتھا۔ شورکرنے پر نازیہ کاخاوند جاوید اپنی بیٹی جو کہ پانچویں کلاس میں پڑھتی ہے ، کے ساتھ کمرے میں آئے تو بڑی بیٹی نے بتایا کہ گزشتہ رات(جمعہ ) گیارہ بجے کے قریب ماموں نے میرے ساتھ بھی ایسا ہی کیاتھا۔
ملزم اس وقت موقع سے بھاگ گیاتھا ۔ بچیوں نے رورو کراپنی ماں کوبتایاکہ ماموں اکثران کے ساتھ ایسے ہی کرتاتھااور اپنے موبائل پر بچوں کوذبح کرنے کی ویڈیودکھاکرکہتاتھاکہ اگر کسی کو بتایا توتمھیں بھی ایسے ہی ذبح کردوں گا۔ ایس ایچ او تھانہ روات ملک خضرحیات کے مطابق ملزم کے خلاف تھانہ روات میں مقدمہ نمبر227-18 بجرم 376اور506تعزیرات پاکستان درج کرلیاگیاہے اور ملزم کوگرفتارکرلیا ہے۔ ابتدائی میڈیکل رپورٹ کے مطابق بھی زیادتی کی تصدیق ہوگئی ہے۔ اس سنگین واردات کی اطلاع پر علاقہ بھرمیں غم وغصہ کی فضا پائی جاتی ہے۔

According to the Rawat police station SHO, the accused has been arrested and a case registered against him under Section 376 (punishment of rape) and Section 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
Police said the 19-year-old accused was reportedly caught red-handed by the singer while sexually abusing her daughter at her home located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. In her statement before the police, Nazia Iqbal said she is a mother of two sons and two daughters. The girls are 12 and eight years of age. Due to professional commitments, both she and her husband would mostly be away from home due to which she had called over her brother from Swat to look after the girls and ensure the safety of the home.
SHO Rawat Inspector Sheikh Khizr Hayat while speaking to pothwar.com said that “the girls underwent a medical examination and initial reports confirm that both girls were subjected to sexual abuse”.Meanwhile, DNA samples have also been taken from the girls and sent to Lahore for testing.
