Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, November 09, 2026 \u2014 <\/strong>In a major enforcement action, the Gujar Khan Municipal Committee has sealed the commercial project The Mall of Gujar Khan<\/em>, reportedly owned by former Municipal Committee Chairman Shahid Sarraf and former Market Committee Chairman Jamshed Sarraf, over alleged violations of building regulations and outstanding municipal dues.<\/h4>\n

The action was carried out by Building Officer Inam Mustafa on the instructions of Chief Officer Ghulam Qamar Waraich. The commercial development is situated along the busy Grand Trunk (GT) Road, near the Municipal Committee office in Gujar Khan.<\/h4>\n

According to municipal officials, the building has outstanding construction-related fees estimated at between Rs1.5 million and Rs1.9 million, along with an additional penalty of approximately Rs1.9 million.
