Meanwhile, the cost of the Army Graveyard Chowk project has been reduced following the removal of the underpass from the plan.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">According to sources, the original estimated cost of the Race Course Underpass was Rs3,091.090 million, which has now risen to Rs4,459.904 million following revision, marking an increase of Rs1,368.814 million.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Similarly, the estimated cost of the Charing Cross Underpass has increased from Rs2,588.654 million to Rs3,490.273 million, representing an additional Rs901.619 million.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In contrast, the Army Graveyard Chowk project has undergone a major design change, with the underpass removed from the scheme.
