London, September 15, 2026 (Pothwar.com \u2014 Mohammad Naseer Raja): A second man has been charged with conspiracy to murder following the death of a man who was fatally stabbed outside his house.<\/h4>\n

Zeshaan Shaukat, 34, died in hospital on 28 August, three days after being attacked on Ashville Avenue, Hodge Hill, Birmingham, police said.<\/h4>\n

Tyrell Phillips, 23, is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court, said West Midlands Police.<\/h4>\n

Mohammed Rakeeb Shafi, aged 26 and of no fixed address, was also charged with the same offence on Thursday.<\/h4>\n

A third man remains in custody for questioning, police said.<\/h4>\n

In a statement issued through police, Shaukat’s family members previously said they had been left “with broken hearts”.<\/h4>\n

“The pain and devastation this has caused our family is impossible to put into words,” they said.<\/h4>\n
