Kallar Syedan (Pothwar.com \u2014 Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, September 13, 2026): <\/strong>The pre-arrest bail applications of three accused persons \u2014 Muhammad Sharif, Imran and Asim Sharif<\/strong> \u2014 in the Faizan Shaheed Madrassa violence case have been dismissed by the court in Kallar Syedan.<\/h4>\n

The bail applications were being heard by Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Jahangir Gondal<\/strong>. After hearing the arguments, the court agreed with the submissions presented by the complainant\u2019s counsel, Advocate Waqar Kiyani<\/strong>, and dismissed the pre-arrest bail applications of all three accused.<\/h4>\n

Following the court\u2019s decision, the three accused allegedly managed to flee from the court premises. Police pursued them and conducted raids at several locations in an attempt to arrest them, but no arrests could be made.<\/h4>\n

It may be recalled that three other accused in the case are already in judicial custody<\/strong>. Police efforts to apprehend the three accused whose bail applications were dismissed are reportedly continuing.<\/h4>\n
