She first heard the positions of both sides and subsequently visited Jamia Masjid Dubairan Kalan herself, where she convened a meeting of community elders and directly sought the opinion of local residents.<\/h4>\n

Following the majority view, the Assistant Commissioner ruled that the committee that had been serving the mosque for several decades was legitimate and duly recognised, and that there was no need for any change.
