Rehman Fauji, a nominated suspect in the murder case of Firdous alias Dosi, a resident of Phalina.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">According to the case details, the First Information Report (FIR) was initially registered against unidentified persons. Later, a witness stated that he had seen the victim being murdered and identified the deceased as his cousin. The witness further stated that he had not disclosed the names of the alleged suspects at the time of registration of the FIR due to fear.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Police, however, reportedly raised questions over the witness&#8217;s conduct, stating that the body was approximately three days old and that, despite being a close relative of the deceased, the witness had not informed anyone about the incident. Police described the circumstances as suspicious.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The complainant has allegedly nominated the suspects due to personal enmity, while the suspects maintain that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated because of a personal dispute. They have also stated that they are willing to provide an oath affirming their innocence.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The accused had obtained interim pre-arrest bail through his counsel, Advocate Muhammad Waqas Kiani.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">After hearing the arguments presented by Advocate Muhammad Waqas Kiani, Additional Sessions Judge Kallar Syedan Jahangir Gondal agreed
