According to local residents, the barrier prevents ambulances, Rescue 1122 vehicles, fire engines, and other large emergency vehicles from passing beneath the bridge without difficulty. They fear that in the event of a medical emergency, fire, or other critical incident, valuable time could be lost, putting lives at unnecessary risk.<\/h4>\n

Residents say the issue has persisted for a considerable period and has repeatedly caused inconvenience to motorists, particularly operators of larger vehicles. They stressed that ensuring unhindered access for emergency responders should be a priority, as any delay in reaching patients or accident sites could have serious consequences.<\/h4>\n

The local community has urged senior officials of Pakistan Railways to take immediate notice of the matter. They have called on the authorities either to remove the barrier altogether or raise its height sufficiently to allow ambulances, rescue vehicles, and other heavy vehicles to pass safely beneath the bridge.<\/h4>\n

Residents further warned that if the existing situation results in any loss of life or a major accident due to delayed emergency response, responsibility would rest with the relevant authorities for failing to address the long-standing issue.<\/h4>\n
