Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | July 16, 2026)<\/strong> \u2014 A major armed robbery took place in the eastern locality of Dhok Wasla, Arazi Chohar Mall<\/strong>, within the jurisdiction of Gujar Khan, where six armed robbers allegedly stormed the residence of a local landlord and escaped with valuables worth more than Rs7 million<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n

According to local sources, the incident occurred at around 1:30 a.m.<\/strong> between Monday and Tuesday while all family members were asleep. The robbers, armed with firearms and sticks, entered the house and overpowered Abrar Hussain<\/strong> and his uncle Rafaqat<\/strong>, tying them up before carrying out the robbery.<\/h4>\n

    Police acted swiftly after receiving the report and registered a case. According to sources, Gujar Khan Police<\/strong> have formed a special investigation team under the supervision of Qazian Police Post In-charge Sub-Inspector Liaqat Shah<\/strong> to trace and arrest those involved.<\/h4>\n

    Investigators have collected initial evidence from the crime scene, while a team from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA)<\/strong> also visited the location to secure forensic evidence.
