According to official sources, his appointment is for a three-year term<\/strong>. He is expected to play a significant role in strengthening technical cooperation between Pakistan and China, promoting vocational education, and creating better skills development and employment opportunities for Pakistani youth.<\/h4>\n

As part of his new responsibilities, Engineer Qamar-ul-Islam Raja is scheduled to visit China next month<\/strong>, where he will formally meet members of the Secretariat’s Board of Management in Beijing. The meetings will focus on developing a future roadmap, expanding bilateral technical collaboration, and enhancing vocational training initiatives for Pakistani students and young professionals.<\/h4>\n
