Rawalpindi (Pothwar.com \u2013 Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi | July 5, 2026):<\/strong> The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad, has initiated a significant reshuffle after Chairman Sohail Ashraf ordered transfers and postings of officers across various departments.<\/h4>\n

According to an official notification, transfers and postings of 10 officers and 2 employees have been approved.<\/h4>\n

Among the key changes, Grade-19 officer Malik Azhar has been transferred from the Director of Solid Waste to the Director of Administration. Grade-18 officer Ali Murtaza has been posted as Director Waste Management from Deputy Director Waste Management.<\/h4>\n

Grade-17 officer Idris Anjum has been moved from Deputy Director Environment Urban-II to Deputy Director Administration, while Liaquat Hayat has been transferred from Assistant Director DMA to Assistant Director Administration.<\/h4>\n

Grade-17 officer Badr Maqsood, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Assistant Director Transport. Meanwhile, Assistant Director Transport Abdul Rahim has been directed to report to HRD.<\/h4>\n

The services of a Grade-16 Sanitary Inspector, also awaiting posting, have been placed at the disposal of MCI.<\/h4>\n

Other changes include the posting of Deputy Director Irfan Khan as Deputy Director Estate Management-II, and Deputy Director Aqil Zardari as Deputy Director Coordination.<\/h4>\n

Assistant Director Karamatullah has been transferred from Coordination to Estate Management-II, while Assistant Director Hina Abrar has been shifted from Estate Management-II to Coordination.<\/h4>\n

Junior Assistant Rizwan Yousaf has been posted to Estate Management-I.<\/h4>\n

All concerned officers have been directed to relinquish their current charges immediately and assume new responsibilities. Relinquishment and joining reports have been instructed to be submitted to the HRD Directorate.<\/h4>\n
