In preparation for the project, an important coordination meeting was held in Gujar Khan on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by Assistant Commissioner Khizar Zahoor Goraya<\/strong> and attended by senior officials from the National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab Police, Traffic Warden Police, Punjab Highway Patrol, Sui Northern Pipelines Limited (SNPL), and other relevant government departments.<\/h4>\n

During the meeting, officials reviewed the implementation strategy, traffic management arrangements, security measures, and utility relocation plans to ensure the smooth execution of the project.<\/h4>\n

According to officials, the Traffic Warden Police will play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic throughout the construction period. Comprehensive traffic diversion plans will be implemented to minimize inconvenience to commuters and local residents.<\/h4>\n

Punjab Police will be responsible for providing security and maintaining law and order at the project site until the completion of the development work. Authorities emphasised the importance of coordinated efforts among all departments to ensure the timely completion of the project.<\/h4>\n

The meeting also decided that an anti-encroachment operation will be resumed within the coming days to clear obstacles along the project corridor. Officials stated that the removal of illegal encroachments is essential for the uninterrupted progress of construction activities.<\/h4>\n
